Euro Deli — Restaurant in Maryland

This is my favorite Euro Deli. I wish I lived somewhere around there to visit more often. I highly recommend.

You can find real Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and other products. You can find a huge choice of incredible kovbasa, cheese, salads and already cooked Slavic meals for you.

Some recommendations:

If you like sodas a lot - try a beverage called "kvas", pronounce it as "quas", "KBAC" - in cyrillic. Ask people inside to show you because it is kinda hidden, don't know why. You will forget about your coke forever + it is a natural product of fermentation.

If you like ketchup or mayonnaise - try it there. You will never go back. If you like spicy - try horseradish and adjika.

Don't hesitate to ask workers to help you in making a choice. They know what is in trend there. Before buying already cooked meals, ask how fresh are those. They will honestly tell you and you'll decided if you want it or not.

P.S. it feels like in a real Russian or Ukrainian store and you will find native people working...

The service is not good. There were at least 2 people working in the deli area. I waited several minutes before one of the deli workers finally turned her head and saw that I was waiting. Neither of them actively payed attention to see if there were customers waiting. I wanted to get fish, but there was not that much left of it. I asked one of the people working at the deli if they had another fish. She disappeared, and I waited several more minutes before another person at the deli decided to help me. The 2nd person was arguing with me about the fish because I told her that I didn't want the end of the fish. She still gave me the end of the fish. However, she still ended up slicing a fresh new fish because there was barely anything left of the first one. I am not happy that I got the end of the fish that I didn't want in the first place. They put profits ahead of providing good...

I’ve come here since I was a child. The owner used to give us lollipops while we waited for our parents to finish shopping. Their salads are delicious! Always craving them! Their meat section and cheese selections are delicious. So many options! They also have the best pastries (sweet and savory). Please do understand that this is a cultural food store. So if you come in please be respectful and understand that not everything is something that you’ve seen or tasted before and the staff is more than happy to explain or give you samples!
