Foster's Grille — Restaurant in Maryland

Today I placed an order online through "CHOWNOW". I ordered a 10pc boneless meal with a salad and one extra ranch. I was charged $17.98 including a tip. When I arrived, I asked for my drink cup and was told I didn't order a drink. I told the person at the cash register I picked the combo online. But I went ahead outside to get my wallet to just purchase the drink anyways. When I walked back, another worker was at that cash register holding my receipt, whom told me I was not charged for the side salad either online. My online receipt clearly states I ordered a salad. Long story short, I was charged $26.14 for my lunch today when I thought it was only going to be $17.98. It is very misleading that your establishment uses numerous of online ordering sites and all of them have a different price for this exact same order. Grubhub and Seamless charges $20.50 for this order. DoorDash pick up charges $25.70. Uber eats pick up charges $26.73. It would have been fair to me as the customer, if I was only charged for what I ordered online. I did not have an issue with paying extra for the drink. But the salad was clearly on my receipt. The last time I ate at Foster's Grille was about 15 years ago in NC so I was super excited to see there was a Foster's Grill close to me when I moved here. Foster's has my favorite wings and they did not disappoint me 15 years later. I've been to this location a couple of times and it's always empty but really clean. You have to fill out your own order sheet when you first walk in but that gives you the opportunity to make sure you ask for exactly what you want. I ordered the 5 piece hot wings and accidently wrote that I wanted boneless. I went back up to the counter and the manager came to help me after the original cashier wasnt sure how to change my order. The manager helped me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! When my food came out, everything was fresh and hot! The hot wings are the perfect amount of spice. Not too too hot but definitely a kick! I absolutely LOVE their fries. The best I've had anywhere. This place has a nice feel to it. Larger TV's, seats like a corner grill, a bar, MD themed signs and art, lot of down to earth blue collar types eating lunch. Felt welcoming. When you come in the ordering is immediately different. You grab a skinny form and write out your own order ticket by checking or circling choices. Not a big menu, some sandwiches, wings, sides and a couple of salads. If are a creature of habit may be a little strange. I thought it was cool, not sure how the system would work with a crowd at night ordering beer and food... On a Friday lunch it was cool.

Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The fries were the bomb!! The chicken was basically tossed in sauce, I had Asian, with no seasoning on the chicken. Lemonade was great but no free refills... You have unlimited with other drinks. Wait staff were friendly and price point fine. I would go back over more time to see if burgers are...
