Frank and Luke's N.Y. Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

Love the pizza. Just found this spot so hopefully more good meals to come. UPDATE: Went in tonight and tried to order multiple of their two slice combos for different people in my family. Eight orders in total. But as I order the, I believe, night manager just says we don't have cheese pizza. Without listening to the rest of my order. Then I said to him "you can't make a cheese pizza?" He says no. If he would have actually listened to my order he would realize I was ordering enough slices of cheese for a whole pizza. But he still refuses. I get that it's later at night but there's no reason you couldn't make a cheese pizza (nothing fancy) when you're still open for a hour. Especially since I'm watching you make specialty pizzas for delivery/pick up. I'll admit I got a little angry about this with him but if he would've just opened his ears and paid attention this shouldn't have been a problem. Instead he seemed more concerned about not making anything else. Even when I ask why he can't make a cheese pizza. Just shrugged his shoulders. I am sorry I raised my voice with him but I've just become tired with so many people that just don't want to do what they are hired to do and it's easier just find an excuse to not...

I don’t normally write restaurant reviews, but I have to review this pizza to make sure it stays open during this crisis! IT IS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE ANNAPOLIS AREA. We have lived in Crofton and now Annapolis for 14 years, and the pizza has always been such a disappointment. My husband is from NY, and misses good pizza more than some relatives. Our whole family could never agree on what place we were settling for...UNTIL NOW. It’s a game changer. Folks, if you really like some of the pizza places around here, this may not be for you. If you have strong positive opinions about major chain pizzas, please don’t try this and rate it poorly. Save those ratings for people with good taste. But if you grew up in Jersey or Long Island, and you have been drowning in a sea of pizza mediocrity, then waste no time in ordering one of these pies. The crust is perfect, the toppings are generous, the cheese blend is just right, and the sauce is phenomenal: not too sweet. Let’s keep these people...

The food is decent. My husband and I have ordered from here about four times. Tonight we ordered food to eat there, and we asked for their chicken tenders starter which comes with fries. The young woman cashier rang us up for chicken tenders and a side of fries. When she gave me the receipt, I pointed out that she charged us for a side of fries which we didn’t want because the chicken tenders came with fries, and then pointed out the menu where it said that the tenders came with fries. She refused to adjust our check because she said “the only way to get the fries with the tenders is by charging you extra.” I told her that was a problem, and she said that she’ll let the manager know. As you can see in the pictures, the tenders came on a bed of fries, and we got an extra side of fries. The manager never came to address the problem.
