Gordy's — Restaurant in Maryland

Just “ok” at best. Mid grade bar food at best. Staff is super friendly and the place was very clean. The order was packaged neat and the food was hot/fresh at the pick up time. Problem is that their food didn’t taste good at all… the only reason I’m writing this is the place charges Outback Steakhouse prices for gas station quality food. We ordered cheese sticks, Big Mac, Blt, lemon pepper wings, Buffalo wings, pork tacos, and onion petals… wings tasted like they were freezer burnt with a weird version of buffalo sauce. the lemon pepper was just ok. Onion petals were very bland so were the pork tacos. Blt was truly upsetting, only had a few strips of bacon!!! They really cheat people on the BLT sandwich. Big Mac burger was just ok but for 13$ I’d rather have the better tasting McDonald’s Big Mac for a fraction of the price. Cheese sticks and French fries were good…. 87$ order that I wouldn’t pay 40$ for based of quality/quantity.

I really hope the owners read this and puts someone who has ran a kitchen before ordering their food and training cooks…. Cause it’s obvious they will go out of business soon if they don’t up their game. It’s sad cause I like to see independent places do well. Up...

Absolutely LOVE this place! So far I’ve tried .. NACHOS, Pulled pork tacos, Steak tacos. (Bf had fries, and stuffed peppers … can’t remember his other meals)Mamosa’s, one of their Moscow Mule’s but it was flavored.

The food is amazing! Drinks are well made and staff treats you like they know you which is very refreshing. This is not that chain restaurant where it’s generic, there options will make you want to come back and try everything they have on the menu!

No matter your age, background, color, football team, political party (you catch my drift) … everyone gets treated like family ❤️❤️❤️

The daily specials / 20% discounts are not bad either There will be a drink and sometimes food depending on the day. The first couple times I went it was hard for me to choose just one menu item so I did the daily specials/discount.

I love the vibe and will definitely be back to try...

This place has significantly gone down hill. Can’t get an order right (my orders from here are wrong more often than not, including tonight), that’s if they even answer the phone and take your order. Half the time, the phone is busy and you can’t get through. Then there were times where the bartender (or whoever takes the order) picked up, asked us to hold, put the phone down on the counter, and after 5 minutes of listening to her have personal conversations with customers while ignoring us being “on hold”, we hung up. Kinda hard to support small businesses when they don’t seem to care about getting business. If they keep going at the rate they’re going, the new restaurants being built across Rt 4 will put them out of business (better yet, they’ll put themselves out of business). Spend your time and money at a place that actually wants...
