Jamba — Restaurant in Maryland

I placed a mobile order of $56.00. I asked the young lady to change her gloves because I just watched her handle money. She looked at me and said what. I repeated myself. She gave me a nasty look and walked away. My order was supposed to be completed at 7:48 it was 7:44. Another young lady came over and asked could she help me. I gave her my name and told her I was picking up my mobile order. It's now 7:46. She completes my order that the young lady started. My order was starting to melt. The lady completed the order attempted to hand it to me then stopped and asked to see my confirmation receipt. I repeated my name and order total and attempted to find the confirmation email. She said never mind and places the bags on the counter told me have a nice day and turned away from me. I will not becoming back to this location. I went to Jamba Juice on Security blvd. The day before I requested apples and green smoothie with tumeric. The young lady said they no longer had it. So I asked what did she have. On the list was vitamin C and I chose that. Went the next day and requested the same thing..another young lad said they don't have vitamin C they have multivitamin. So I am concerned I asked what was in it. They had no idea. Made no attempt to find out. They were flip and dismissive. But if what I drank would have made me sick...they would have been accountable for more than ingredients. I loved coming here and hadn't been in awhile...wow what a difference. Before the staff was very polite,friendly and knowledgeable. Not recommending...

All of their food items are great. They use high quality and fresh ingredients in their food which always has a great taste. Their prices are reasonable ,and they take time to make sure you get the fresh product. That's why I order a head of time. They staff know me by my first name now and always customize my order just the way I want. Every food-item is excellent, but my favorite one is acai primo bowl (very healthy, delicious and made w/ great effort). I go to this place at least 3-5 x a week; their food is that addictive :) Thanks for the wonderful and delicious experience each and every time. Give then a try, you will not be sorry. Keep up the good work :)
