I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The cup was barely a quarter filled, and the amount of fudge was just a thin streak at one side, not what I expected from a ‘hot fudge’ sundae. It felt like more of a plain ice cream cup than a sundae, and the lack of fudge really took away from the experience. This is far from the quality and portion paid for. McDs dollar cone has more ice cream than this medium sundae cup that cost about 5$

Got Oreo Brownie blizzard with extra toppings and it did not appear to have any of the Oreos or brownies, only had the extra toppings. Asked the person and they said it had it, but after tasting it, it had no oreos or brownies in it, and looked nothing like the other Oreo Brownie I ordered. Store just opened, and I will not be back! Waste of my money! Where's the oreos & brownies? And I didn't even eat any and this is how it looked! Smh

the last FOUR times in a row i went they did not have chocolate ice cream???? is DQ not an ice cream place??? is chocolate ice cream that hard to keep in stock?????????? kinda absurd they are also unable to offer refund, can’t get what i paid for and can’t get my money back. they put the hot fudge on the bottom when i opened it- it spilled all over my car and me, thanks dq so nice

Very nice, clean DQ. I try to stay away from fast food, but I do love a DQ shake. I treated my nephew to a new purple coated oreo ice cream they were featuring, and he loved it. I also tired it, and it was pretty tasty, but too much on the sweet and candy side for me. Kids will love it! Every blue moon, I will order a double or triple burger, and they are good, too. My absolute favorite is their fish sandwhich with pickles added. Pretty fast service, and I only have had one slight order mix up in about 12 visits since they have been open. Even their drive-through line is pretty quick. I highly recommend this DQ if you want a quick bite to eat. Very nicely run...

I was really quite excited when I found this new Dairy Queen opened. However I was quickly disappointed in the food. I ordered the pretzel sticks and a Orange Julius. First they said they don't even carry Orange Julius. I was shocked because dairy Queen is known for their Orange Julius drinks. Second the pretzel bites weren't even made out of pretzel dough, it was made out of regular bread dough and very unflavorful.
