This continues to be the worst TB I've been to.
We ordered online, it said ready for pickup at 7. We arrived at the store at 7. The doors are locked, even thought MD restaurants are at 50% dine-in capacity. We had opted to pick-up inside because the other option was "express drive thru" (the drive thru at this location will never ever be express).
Since the doors were locked, we were forced to get into the drive thru line. At the speaker, I told the person it was an online order and the name. She said, ok, come to the window. So we sat til it was our turn. Got to the window, they kept it closed for 5 minutes while we sat there. Didn't ask for a name. Ok... Opened the window to hand me a bag, which had someone else's name on it... I said, no, this is the wrong order. Ours is under name. They all looked confused, closed window.
The girl realized that we needed drinks that had not been made, so she went to make those. They located our bag at the counter (where we should have been able to pick it up in the first place). Handed us the bag and drinks, said have a nice night and closed the window again. My husband checked the bag. We were missing 4 items. I looked in the window and they saw I had an issue.
A manager came to the window and asked if she could help. I showed her the receipt and said what we were missing. Another employee comes up with another bag that was containing the rest of our order... Not sure where he found that. We said, ok, now we are good. Finally drove away at 7:30.
Definitely not fast food at all. Also, ordered a black bean quesalupa, we got one that had refried beans instead. The 2 stars are because the food was good.
This location previously told me once that they no longer sold crunchwraps, the NIGHT before they launched nationally the black bean crunchwrap...
Needless to say, this was too many strikes for this store and we will have to go to a different TB...
Read moreThere was hair in my food and the manager (Mr. Kelly - I am not sure of he is actually a manager at all) provided horrible customer service! I purchased a meal in the drive-thru and discovered a chunk of hair in the first bite of my taco! I turned my vehicle around and walked to the counter and asked for a manager - who was seemingly too busy to assist. There was one customer ahead of me, one walking out of the door, and one person in the drive-thru. I asked for a refund, and Mr. Kelly nonchalantly said ok. I asked if he wanted to know why, and hesitantly he inquired. Once I informed him of the hair in my food, he processed a return- but on the receipt the incorrect account number printed. After displaying a lack of concern of hair in a customers food, I asked for the corporate number. Mr. Kelly Told me that he didn't have it, or a pen to write it down, andinstructed me to look up the corporate number instead of providing it or having the manager contact me. He walked away several times during the conversation and shrugged his shoulders multiple times as if he didn't care about my experience. Then informed me to complete a survey printed on my receipt - when it would count against the initial cashier that processed my transaction. Read moreThis Taco Bell is the worse I’ve ever been too. I JUST left this Taco Bell and arrived at 8:45pm. I hate complaining but Im Hot. 1 I was taking my order and the girl in the window was really nasty and rude. I was placing my order and she kept cutting me off . I then asked her for their new cherry freeze and she told me specifically they were not working so I asked her none of them she said no! Without asking was I finished order she gave me my total. I pulls to the window she never gives me a receipt. Closed the window on me while I was trying to ask her for Diablo sauce. Then I’m pulling out of drive thru I am seeing a dasher coming out with a a Baja Blast freezer after being told they all weren’t working!!!! Then I dig in my bag the nacho fries have about not even half way filled of fries and they are cold ! I tried to call just now four times not one answer!!! If I didn’t have to be to work I would’ve been went back but I’m so mad at this whole situation because it could have been avoided but you lying and giving people hard times and cold food just not sitting well with me.
