Today's visit was to this location because our normal stop further north on York Road has closed. This was our first time here and also, unfortunately, still during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this, dining inside wasn't an option.
They had appropriate signage posted on the front windows and doors to let's patrons know what to expect with walking in: facemask required, maintain 6ft from others, no dining inside, & sorry for the inconvenience.
I walked in and ordered our usual sandwiches: #4 Turkey Tom w/light mayo for my wife, and the #12 Beach club for myself. The cashier couldn't hear me at first with our masks and his being behind a plexiglass sheet so I repeated my order for his benefit.
Once my order was placed and tendered, I informed them that I needed to use the restroom and would be back (as quick as they are, my sandwiches weren't ready yet anyway).
I went toward the back which is their typical dining room and their chairs and tables were stacked, just like every other restaurant during the pandemic.
I entered the restroom and it was spotless. Next to Chick-fil-A, Jimmy Johns does a fantastic job of keeping their restrooms squeky clean and welcoming. And, every time I go into a JJ restroom, it's always equally entertaining to look at all the funny tiles that only JJ has in their restrooms relating to bathroom humor.
On the way out, I enjoyed reading all their signs and posted a few here.
The one downside with this visit was the amount of avocado on my sandwich was lacking compared to the portions at other Jimmy Johns. But it was lunch and an otherwise win for food, safety, cleanliness and overall...

No apology, no resolution just we where busy and now its shift change. I asked why wouldn't they say they where busy, I could have gone and gotten it or made other arrangements for my employee. Read moreOn 5/12/2024 I ordered Jimmy Johns through DoorDash. They called me to let me know that they couldnt deliver my order because they had no drivers. I said ok and the associate disconnected. I immediately called back because the doordash system wouldnt let me cancel the order to get a refund. I let them know and they told me they would cancel it. This should have been done the first time, but ok. 45 min later I get a doordash notification saying that delivery was confirmed. I immediately call back to dispute this as they knew I never recieved my doordash order. The manager on duty told picked up the phone with attitude and comolanined to me how he had customers in the store that needed help then proceeds to tell me I should see a refund like this was my fault.
