Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

The staff at this location REALLY need customer service/people skills. People just want to come in, buy their pizza, and leave. Patrons, please be wise enough to CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE, because poorly made pizza, or ones that were rejected by previous customers will get handed off to you; and when you catch it, be ready to go back and forth with the staff who tried to sell it to you.

I ordered a "Hot and Ready". I checked it, and it was a Hot Mess. It was the only one in the case, so I asked if I could get one made... and the circus began! The young lady wanted to go back and forth with me about how due to the dough being fresh, and not resting for the proper amount of time, the BIG a** dough bubbles l pointed out all over the pizza were normal. It was also luke warm and the toppings were sparse. This was supposedly an "EXTRA MOST BESTEST" !

When she realized that I was getting tired of her "explanations", and bottom lined it to either another pizza or my money back, she THEN went to the he back and asked to have a fresh one made. Instead of throwing that pizza away, she took it to the back and brought it back out to a customer who ordered right after me. She too (the customer), checked her pizza and asked about the appearance of it, and the same crazy explanation was given. When I saw that it was the one that I had just rejected, I told her and everything went downhill from there.

... Long story short, the lady ended up getting her money back because the staff person kept acting as if she was not going to have a fresh pizza made for the lady. Other customers (who were there waiting before I came in) ended up sending their pizzas back because of the "strange" things going on with their pizzas. The time it took for me to get my pizza, I witnessed THREE customers sending their orders back. Needless to say, that was going to be my last visit to this...

I had to call the POLICE to get a refund. This is by far the worst experience at a restaurant EVER. I requested a refund because I was disappointed with the chicken I was told that I was not going to get a refund and the food was taken away from me by a manager. I told her that I was going to call the police to get a refund from her she said to me do what you have to do because I am not giving you anything. The police came the young lady and another employee came outside very rowdy to the point that another officer had to intervene in the situation. The officer tried to talk with the young lady to give me a refund she went in the store and came back out with a piece of paper which I pointed out to the officer was a reprint of the original receipt and not a refund. The officer then instructed her to go inside and give me my refund and then after 20 minutes of this so-called manager yelling outside of the store about how I was broke and did not want to pay for my food the young lady came out with the receipt with the other young lady alongside her with the refund receipt for my money. This is absolutely ridiculous unacceptable and horrible. I was also told that once they give me my refund I am never to come to the store again by the officers. Some nerve I will be calling and writing the corporate...

Mixed emotions with this store. They were busy, but they managed it well. The dude at the register was cool, professional and courteous. Although I was not able to get the Crazy Calzone due to their ingredient supply at the time, he did inform me that their supply truck will be there on Thursday. So I was cool, I will come back for that. I did order a take out, a couple of pizzas, cheese bread and two orders of roasted wings. The food was freshly made and I didn't have to wait long so that was awesome.

The only reason I am not giving it a 5 Stars review is because, I asked for extra sauce on my deep dish pizza and instead I got extra cheese. I like it cheesey but there was hardly any sauce on it. I mean I had a mouth full of cheese every bite, and that was all I could taste. Unfortunately this is not the first time, this had happened to me from other store locations. When the staff See's the word Extra on the order they, for some reason go straight to extra cheese mode. I have checked the receipt every time, it clearly says "Extra Sauce" every time. So, all that to say, I will be more happy whenever I get my saucy...
