McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Worst McDonald's in 20 miles. Not a joke. They close early when they feel like it. They serve salads without forks and drinks without straws constantly. Order a plain McChicken and a McDouble with only pickles and have to repeat yourself 3 times like it's a super complicated order.

And just today I had the lady take the first part of my order, assume I was done, tell me the total and ignore me when I stated I wasn't finished ordering. When I pull around the corner, I see the car in front of me holding a $5 bill out the window, getting completely ignored, and after a few minutes they drive off to window 2. When I get to the window she ignored me also, but when I get ready to pull to the next window, she finally opens. I explain I wasn't finished with my order and she glares at me and closes the window again. Finally get a manager to add a drink and fry to my order, pay and get to the next window. Wouldn't you know it, window 2 has no idea about my drink and fry. I show her my receipt, get all my food and drink and go home. When I finally sit down to eat my food...surprise surprise...the "plain" McChicken is drowned in mayo.

I have eaten here many times over the years and never had a problem. This time, I went through the drive thru, ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg meal with a large OJ. Pulled up to the window and paid. Pulled up to the next window to pick up my order. I was handed my bag of food and then told to move forward. I thought it was odd since I just got my food and was just waiting for my OJ, but ok. While I'm waiting for my drink, I decided to start eating. I finished the hash brown, and still no drink. Grabbed my sandwich and started eating that. I just put the last bite in my mouth when my drink finally came out, almost 15 minutes to get a large OJ is quite aggravating. I pulled off, put the straw in the cup and started drinking my orange colored water that I just paid $3.00 for. I should have turned around and requested a replacement, but I was already running late and couldn't wait another 15 minutes for them to remake a cup of orange juice. I don’t know about anyone else, but can only speak for myself. I do not like this McDonald’s, their service is absolutely a disgrace. Every time I order food from this McDonald’s, my food taste sooo weird. It’s like the workers make you wait soo long for an order that they didn’t even try their best to cook. This McDonald’s should just shut down because they really aren’t good at making anyone’s food. My mcchicken sandwich was burnt, and my cheeseburger tasted sooo weird! It’s a disgrace! And I absolutely HATE waiting for an order that they didn’t try hard to make very well. Like this McDonald’s needs to either shut down or hire workers who ACTUALLY know how to cook! It’s sad now that I have to travel 2.5 miles now to go to the McDonald’s on Belair Rd, which is the best! This McDonald’s is the worst! Poor service, poor customer service, and poor food quality!...
