Update 08-13-2024: this McDonald’s has been doing a great job at serving good food. Other than the occasional mistake (bacon instead of sausage on my bagel), this place has earned my business.
Update 04-29-2023: Almost a year since the improvements and they are still going strong. I eat here at least a few times a week and whatever changes they made are definitely working. Food is hot, fresh, and I never have problems. I also don’t make complicated orders, either, so maybe that’s the issue for some people. Keep up the great work!
Update 06-30-2022: I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times over the past two years, and things have absolutely IMPROVED! The food is delicious and the service is fast considering the number of people in the drive-thru all the time. They have definitely changed for the better.
Update 2-28-2020: absolutely nothing has changed with this McDonald’s. Same breakfast meal and the same food comes out.
It’s been a few months since I’ve been to this McDonald’s, and they continue to disappoint. Food quality used to be poor at best, and it hasn’t improved. My bacon, egg and cheese bagel was not worth the money I spent. The egg had the consistency of sand and the bagel was so dry that even a bunch of ketchup didn’t provide relief. There was very little of that buttery sauce they put on the bagels and it was obvious that it was assembled quite some time ago. I will give them that the hash brown was cooked properly - crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, but that was the best part of the meal. Even the Coke was a little flat. Read moreWORST fast food experience EVER!! Shift manager Lilly argued w/ me, a customer! She allows Spanish employees to talk, goof off & use cellphones while on the clock. Only 2 or 3 crew really work & are left to do all the work. Unless 1 older woman who works day shift is on duty, the lobby is neglected & filthy. Evening guy only mops floor & plays on cellphone (I have pictures). He doesn't sweep before mopping, either. Crew talking make too much noise; crew on drive-thru cannot hear customer orders. Young girl on counter mumbles, cannot take an order nor make change correctly. Shift mgr Lilly doesn't manage her crew to keep them busy & on task. The General Manager, Kelly, is very good, welcomes customer feedback & takes action to make improvements. However, most of the shift managers do NOT follow through. The people who get stuck doing most of the work end up finding other positions & leave McDonald's. Many times, crew "no call, no show" for their shift, so the remaining crew cover the shift extremely short handed! Overnight has that problem; leaving 3 or 4 ppl to work when 8 or 9 are on schedule. This is a daily occurrence!! It is not unusual for evening shift managers & crew to stay at work overnight to help the few ppl who actually care enough to show up for their 10pm-6am shift, thus working 2 shifts back to back (15 hrs). This certainly DID NOT happen when Don Anderson was General Store Manager! Oh, how the place & service has gone far downhill...

I went to this location and ordered the same order 10 times for lunch or dinner the order was a large fry , large dr pepper and a plain double cheese burger. Only 3 timed out of 10 i got the correct order. 4 times i got the sandwich 3 times i got the wrong soda. Its very clear this store has a issue with competent workers. I made a complaint with corporate and encourage you to submit complaints to corporate not the store since they do not fix the issue. $45 is the amount of free food they replaced from their mistakes. This store is possibly the worst mcdonalds has to offer. The management is so incompetent at running a restaurant they constantly run out soda and sauces. I'm sorry if I go to mcdonalds and when I order I'm told they don't have any sodas or tea just water then they have no sauce for the nuggets the kicker was when I said ok ill take a chocolate shake instead of a soda they didn't have that either. I understand if it's a one off thing but 3 out of the last 5 times I stopped on my way home they didn't have sodas or ice cream.
