McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

we were going in at 9:45pm (lobby) my partner told the cashier we were going to eat in and he rudely replied that the lobby closed in 10 minutes and it's like ok cool. Well he put our food in a bag (ok we'll eat in the parking lot 🤷🏼‍♀️) as soon as we got out the door my partner pulled out the fries (got big Mac meals large) the large fries were half full with old fries and I took them back in. The cashier (who also was a manager) looked at me and said well I can give you two small fries I'm like no these are large fries and they are old. Do you want fresh fries? (A question that I was asked and it should have been obvious by the fact I wasn't happy receiving fries that looked like they sat there for at least 10 minutes) I stood at the counter watching to make sure that we got fresh fries, him watching me the whole time. The attitude and demeanor all together was that we were a bother just ordering. I worked fast food before and I know what it's like before the dining room closes and the fact that you get into the drop as needed situation but when we got there there was a couple of people sitting in the dining room and in the time it took it would have given us plenty of time to eat and be out (especially considering the drive thru picked up and they were parking and running food out the door) but it wasn't the case. If I could give them NO STARS I would . This is for both places LAVALE & FROSTBURG Before remodel both places were decent, food was fine & service speed was good. However that is no longer the case over 20mins waiting for food just to have them not even make it right. Fries are dried out and burned all u hear are timers going off for fries and yet they never get them when times up. Another thing they do is will make an order and never take it to the counter and then after you ask (after 25mins for fries and a drink) it will just appear yet if u watch they won't even go to the fries spot they go to the right to get the food (as in it was there just sitting) LAVALE made big macs wrong (so did Frostburg) HOWEVER instead of throwing them away they took them apart gave me new cheese some lettuce and put them back together for the cheese & burger was cold as h*ll and the pickle that I threw to the side in the box was still there which tells me what I'm saying is ture. Basically I'm warning u ahead of time if you want decent food and great service go to accident if u want McDonald's dont want to drive that far try both sheetz or burger king in Frostburg can't go...

Last week on Wednesday morning my 87yr old Mom and I stopped in McDonald's in LaVale MD for breakfast after her doctor appointment. I went to the restroom and once inside, slid on the floor because it was wet. Thankfully I was able to gain my balance and hold on to the counter to get to a stall. Mom needed to use the restroom then but there was no way I could take her in there, so we had to leave. Why would you mop the floors during customer hours and not at least dry mop them until there could be no chance of a customer falling? Had my Mom gone in there on her own and fallen, it could have been tragic. I would suggest you re-think your methods before something terrible happens to a customer. Today we were in the McDonald's in Frostburg MD around 9:30AM where the floor in front of the drink fountains had just been mopped so it was wet, and slick. Those "wet floor" signs won't save you if someone is severely injured just trying to get their own drink. I was too mad to approach the manager and know they are only following orders anyhow.
