Today I order two double fish fille,t one large soda off the dollar menu, and a $2 Big Mac because I got on the app. When I receive was one large fries that didn't order but I because I told the lady that she gave me extra fries for no reason but when I checked the bag I found out that I was missing one double fish fillet. I take on that responsibility cuz I sure felt it more but I was driving and it's no excuse the second was that they gave me a regular fish fillet not a double fish fillet that's been so much money on and I was missing an extra double fish fillet and my Big Mac seem like they just the hamburger buns wasn't heated and it look like the meat and everything but just stone in there onto the sandwich it wasn't nothing like I ever had before experience wise. I am shocked I know it was a little busy but we all professionals in this kind of business because I work for Amazon. It was too late for me to drive back cuz I had to get some sleep to get ready for Amazon. I gave these people $15 and probably receive nothing out of return on this. Even sleeping I was ticked off that I didn't go back and let the manager know that this was not allowed to have people that pay good money to go through what they experience. Read moreThe staff here is discriminatory. The gentleman you see holding the leaf blower was looking inside my vehicle. Hoping to find something. Instead he saw a guy using his phone getting ready to go in the establishment and consume like I have before(this has happened before). The gentleman on the right is the manager he has been harassing me non stop because he assumes I am who knows what. He’s been incompetent in his service,tact with the public and basic manners. I have documented proof where he tried to assault me on multiple occasions for simply providing feedback that his staff was discriminatory based on how I look like and proceeded in that assumption to harass me. And allowing his staff to harass me and retaliate. This is a common trait by many locations not all but who use these tactics to silence criticism which help provide better service. Management is all over the place and each one having their own mindset and directions that none can agree on which can lead to unnecessary squabble. To the point where one trivial mistake can lead you going home for no reason. Then they wonder why they're understaffed.
As a customer, they needlessly rush out orders to the point where it backfires and they end up holding your order for 20 minutes or longer. Personally, it took over 30 minutes for my simple nugget combo to be given to me but literally the only reason I got it was because I myself went behind the counter and grabbed it since they're so busy to shove out orders they forgot mine. Not to mention 8 times out of 10 the order and proportion is wrong.
