This is the absolute worst McDonald's and that's it for me... Saturday night 11pm the drive thru is packed so I go inside to find two people in front of me and about six or seven people behind me... so what took so long ordering? The cashier running off to use her phone!!! Constantly!!!! When it was my turn to order three times she ran to the back with her phone... the manager was yelling at her everytime!!! Now there is about 15 people behind me!!! I should have just canceled my order and left!! But stupidly I didn't!!! Now my order is in and I'm waiting for my food... I get my food minimum 15 minutes and I look in the bag and I can see the burgers not wrapped correctly and falling out of the wrappers... I looked at the manager and said "really?" She took the bag acted like she re-wrapped the food and gave it back to me SAYING NOTHING!!!! By that time I'm beat said the heck with it left and went home... 5 minute drive that's important here... I open the bag and the food is ICE COLD not warmish ICE COLD like it was in the refrigerator!!! So I filled out the survey on the receipt and got a call from someone named Abe on Sunday wanting me to come back in... once we agreed he would be there Monday after 6 I knew he would not be there... guess what!?!? 7pm he wasn't BUT I guess the manager on duty maybe called him because she did bring me my money back in cash and apologized!!! She was extremely nice... what did I learn? NEVER EVER GO HERE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM LIKE THIS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! You will regret it!!! I have went to this McDonald's several times and everytime the orders were messed up. The manager Gregory refused to hold his employees accountable!
When I stayed a couple hours eating my food, doing some computer work, and watching some stuff in line with their business model where this location is open for 24 hours, Gregory, the manager at this location decided to confront me calling me a "vagabond." The store was completely empty making me feel like I was criminal. I was in prestine clothing, cleaning up after myself, and being a upstanding citizen but the manager felt he had a right to treat me less than human with No inalienable rights under the Maryland and or the US Constitutions.
The Manager Gregory decided to escalate the situation by stating "I have asked you nicely" when the entire store was empty and I was in the process of ordering more but I decided I don't support establishments that HATE on people for their own self worth.
I told him to call the cops and informed him he had no basis to kick me out and the cops have no authority to take action in the public interest in land owed by McDonald's unless a crime was committed. The land is owned by McDonald's corporate, therefore, they are responsible for All actions that take place as they are the landlord's of the franchise owners/employees! Its seems McDonald's is in support of such treatment of their Customers!!!
I decided to be the bigger person and leave to defuse HATE!
It seems according to Manager Gregory that area manager, Soledad, supports such treatment of customers!

Read moreI won't comment on the food. You know what you're going to get. It's the favorite restaurant of 5 year olds, people in a hurry, and people who realized everything else is closed. We went on a Saturday morning around 12:30 a.m. after a long flight and hadn't eaten in 9 hours. There was a long line at the drive through. It didn't move. They didn't acknowledge anyone at the drive through menu boards for at least 5 minutes while we were sitting there. Finally the line in front of us moved, opening up a gap in the line, and some guy behind us passed us up without ordering at the speaker and pulled right into the gap. Of course they served him when he got to the window. After watching the guy in front of us hand a bag of food back through the window because of course it was wrong, they finally got it right...ish. A minute later, they hand out an unbagged order of fries. A minute after that, they hand out a drink. We're next. Same routine. The guy hands out a bag, says McChicken small fry, closes the window, and walks away. Totally not what we ordered. When I finally get his attention, I tell him what we ordered and the bag was sitting right there the whole time. He walks away again without giving us our drink. We get it after a minute, and we're finally out of there, with cold food. It's astonishing to me that people could be so lazy and stupid as to be under qualified to work at a McDonald's.
