Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Maryland

Food is always fresh and fast, even when you customize your order. Service is good. They always have someone to come around and check on how you are doing. Facility is clean. This is a newer and more modern location, with a larger dining area. I like this particular one because it does not seem as busy as others in the area. With the larger dining room layout, this gives the restaurant a more relaxed atmosphere. The location near several regional athletic parks makes it a great place to grab a bite between or after games. It is very close to another Chick-fil-A just up the road, but hopefully they can attract enough business here to stay in business. The less congested location may help with that. And there are plenty of businesses and residences in this expanding area of Crofton.

They do chicken well and with a small menu the food is consistently delicious. I've never had an issue with incorrect or slow orders here. In fact, my orders seem to come faster here. Their One app they have makes ordering a breeze and beats the lines. It also earns free treats almost every week between purchases and the corporate promo offers. They have a new special menu item, the Frosted Key Lime drink, that is absolutely delicious. I would drink it every day if I could, and I highly recommend you give it a try.

UPDATE: I spent over 30.00 here for early dinner in the restaurant and I was disappointed but convinced it’s time for a new location. Over my last few visits (drive-thru) the food has not been fresh moreso warm from sitting. You try not to complain and nit pick but if I want ordinary fast food I’ll go to McDonald’s! The reason I choose Chick is because they have always stood ABOVE the other fast food restaurants. So I ordered two chicken tender meals and one was hot and freshly made and the other was old/dry. My french fries were pieces/crumbs and a few whole ones. My daughter cookie was hard like a brick. I was told all the cookies come out hard. I’ve been to several locations and the cookies were soft fresh and delicious! Period! I appreciate being given a different one but like I said it’s time to find a new location. I’m not spending 10 or 20 or whatever it is for half fresh food and crumbs for fries. Sad! I placed a larger order today for me and my family and as usual/always, I am 100% satisfied from placing my order, paying, receiving food and eating! Went through the drive through- the girl assured me everything was in the bag, so I didn’t check. As part of the process and beauty of Chick-fil-A everything normally is. But halfway down the road I realized I didn’t have the salad dressing for my salad. Which is a pretty important part of the salad. Not trying to sound like a Karen. The guy taking my order also had asked me three times to repeat my order- it didn’t seem like he was really focusing. I called up just to let the manager know that his crew needs to kind of slow down to make sure they get things right. Jacob, the manager was completely insincere condescending, and clearly did not care. I’ve never had a ruder experience with someone at a Chick-fil-A. He was completely insincere with his, “I’m sorry we’re human”. No one thought that wasn’t the case. Just wanted to make sure that he reminded his crew on the importance of all the details. So now I’ll have to be that person who checks all the bags and holds up the line just to make sure my order is...
