I was excited to try Casa Fuego because all of the reviews seemed great. I was expecting great food and great service but that’s not what I received. The food was ok, it wasn’t bad but it was not as good as other reviews made it out to be. The service was not good. I ordered online. When I got there to get my order the person told me they were finishing up and it would be 2 minutes. Well 15 minutes later he came back out said “oh, just a few more minutes” and goes back to the back. Another 5 minutes later he came back out with the food. We had a wonderful experience here. The woman at the front was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful recommendations. The food took a little longer than expected since we were the only party in the restaurant but it was worth the wait! The quesadillas are very cheesy and full and messy to pick up but delicious just the same. My husband ordered a burrito and was very happy with it as well. He said the green chile salsa was really good and even wanted to take some left over home. Also, the Tres Leches cake was amazing!! Super moist and perfectly sweet.
