Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Visiting my sister in Gambrills. Was looking for a late night delivery pizza. Vocelli came up first in Google. Ordered the 14 inch large pizza. Half pep half cheese, the buffalo wings and the cannoli. First off, the food was ready and on the way in 15 minutes! The delivery driver was here before I could find my wallet. But he was friendly and waited for me patiently. So A+ for customer service. The pizza is very good. I really enjoyed the pepperoni. The wings I asked for well done and they were cooked perfectly. Buffalo sauce had great flavor. Haven't had the cannolis yet but if its like everything else, I'm sure they'll be great. Ordered online for delivery around 5pm. I appreciated the courtesy text from Vocelli notifying me about the potential delay due to traffic. I get it, it happens and it was a nice touch! The delivery guy was so nice and professional. However, I did receive the wrong Stromboli but I didn’t mind bc it was absolutely delicious. About 15 mins after the delivery, another Vocelli delivery guy showed up at our door with the correct Stromboli order and a complimentary side of cookies!! We didn’t even call to let them know. We were truly amazed and so appreciative of the level of customer service they displayed this evening. I really don't understand why they take online orders when they always have issues with their online delivery times. It is unacceptable to have to wait for a pizza for around 90 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE! When you live 15 minutes from the locations. Then you call to complain and they leave you on hold for 5 minutes not one time but twice. Had to call back three times to finally hear that the online delivery times aren't correct. How do you call yourself a pizza establishment and make people wait that long for your product? This is the 3rd time something like this has happened. And here I still wait for my pizza........Never staffed properly and can't get their product to their customers.
