II saw a male India manager was fixing something on one of the windows inside the dunning area. He was seating on one of the tables with his feet on the booth. (Gross) A caucasian female customer was seating nearby, I saw the manager moved all the equipments that he was using and put it on the table where that female was seating. Then he told her to leave and that she's not a customer because she wasn't eating at the time. She got upset and refused to move. Then he wiped the table he sat on earlier with the dirty towels he was working with and told her to seat there. She was furious and loudly exclaiming about her mistreatment by that dispicable man. representing McDonald's. I usually enjoy going to a McDonald's. restaurant. But, NOT today, it was a very upsetting time to see McDonald's mistreating a customer just because she didn't have food in front of her while seating inside the restaurant. Read moreToday our household felt like having some McD’s but no one at home wanted to go down the street to pick it up so we sprung for Uber Eats. When it arrived about 30 minutes, we noticed they missed one of the sandwiches. When we contacted this franchise, the manager insisted that the problem was not theirs. They insisted that I should go and pickup the missing sandwich. I told them that the problem was not ours and that they should resolve the issue. She insisted that she could not do anything once Uber Eats picks it up. I asked if they could return the money from the sandwich and was told that she could not do that blaming Uber Eats. At this point it was obvious they did not want to deal with me. I hung up. My wife tried a few minutes after and got a similar response. We decided to try Uber Eats to resolve the issue. The manager never gave us a way of resolving this issue and later would not answer our calls. It made a small issue bigger than it should have been. We will go the extra mile down the Pike to avoid this...
Read moreHorrible manager. Today at 7:10 I order something and noticed that the cashier made the mistake of ordering two instead of one so i asked them to move it before they made it. The manager kept telling me that was my right order And that she would ONLY be able to return to me $2 when my actual return should of been almost $5 she left me of the side with out saying nothing and helping other people until i told my husband we are both late for work at 7: 25 she decided to just hand me out cash and took the sandwich out of my bag not realizing she took the wrong one out. By the time we were in the car we realized the order was wrong. The smoothie had a long white string. I thought it was banana and it was all just a waste of momey and time.
