McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

They get 4 stars but ideally I would like to make it 3.5 due to several factors. First I like the renovations that were made and the updates are pleasant. But there were a few factors that lead to my desired rating. I know that things spill in a restaurant but when we walked in the floor was not just sticky it was STICKY! The staff was not that busy and 5 minutes with a mop would have cleared that up. Secondly, the new play area for the kids has some nice updates. But the one that is most annoying is this spring loaded post that the kids hold on to and bounce up and down. If a small enough kid, by this I mean one that is age appropriate for the playset, is on it there is no issue. But when the bigger kids get on it and bounce it reverberates throughout the area and makes it very difficult for folks in there to talk to one another, especially when they are simply across the table from one another. The service was adequate but as per usual they neglected to include items which we had purchased and we made multiple trips to the counter until our order was correct. All in all not a bad experience but still one that will keep us from going back more than once...

FIRE THE MANAGER SHES A RACIST AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CLIENTS!!! My mom went here this morning and asked for JUST pancakes and egg white the manager then told her she HAD to buy the big breakfast but my mom only wanted pancakes and egg white. She told my mom the total was $21 and my mom was confused as to why so much, the manager told her she HAD to buy the big breakfast if she wanted just pancakes and egg white. My mom is Hispanic and does not know a lot of English but she tried her best and the manager yelled at her and told her that she didn’t speak Spanish. My mom was talking with her friend in the car and the manager again yelled at her and told her to not speak Spanish because she didn’t speak it. My mom told the manager to cancel the big breakfast order and the manager proceeded to slam the window shut and give a nasty attitude. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO ACT PROFESSIONAL DONT GET A JOB, IT ONLY MAKES YOU LOOK UNEDUCATED AND UNDISCIPLINED. AS A 17 YEAR OLD HIGHSCHOOL STUDENT I KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE BETTER THAN THIS MANAGER! This location is now completely renovated and looks awesome. The indoor play area is clean and huge for the kids. My own kids love it! It has a toddler play section and the structure itself has different climbing activities for the older kids with slides. Also there are electronics and scribble boards for the kids to engage in. There is however limited seating in the kids play area but for the most part the kids rarely sit down. I like there is a separate restroom in the kids area so you don’t have to take your kids out.

You have several options to order food. If I’m in the play area I order on my mobile device so I don’t have to leave my kids. But you can order at the register or at the self service machine. If you choose this option the McDonald’s associate will bring you your food which is nice.

The food is fine it’s McDonald’s so don’t expect gourmet. Customer service is good I’ve never...
