I have been going to this MC Donaldās since we moved to the area a year ago. I never had any complaints but this Friday night I went to buy dinner for my family. The lady at the drive through was really rude. I ordered my food, said thank you didnāt get a response. When I pulled up to the first window I asked how she was doing she didnāt say a single word. When I got my food they gave me a large drinks with medium fries. When I looked at the receipt it said large soda. I never asked for a large and I was charged for it. I understand everybody has their day but I go around showing everybody nothing but respect no matter how I am feeling. This was really unprofessional on her part and I know itās just a few cents but itās the principle for me. I didnāt want to fight over a few cents but I was really upset by this. I respect the people in the food industry. I am not expecting to be treated like a king but a smile and some acknowledgment goes a long way. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went for a walked to Mc Donald to get an ice cream after my dinner which is next to my hotel Extended Stay America Suites where i am staying for 3 weeks during my stay in US as i am from Dubai (UAE). By the time i reaced only the drive in was open. When i went to the window the Guy was very very very rude and he was teating me like i was not worth his attention. After waiting for 5 min i paid 3 $ for 2$ 1 cent icecream and he closed the window on my face asked me to go ahead withought returing the change ( the change did not matter but his attitude did) when i told him i gave him 3 $ he returned 1 $ back as if he was doing a favour. After taking my ice cream i came to know he was the manager of the resturant.
I really feel someone should take action against him as he was treatig me very very unprofessionally and like someone who dosent deserve his attion.
I want the managemetn to look at he drive in window and see the CCTV to see his behaviour and take appropriate action against such...

The lady that was taking my order told me that my first card was declined(i just got paid so there was money on there). So I have her my bank card and everything was ok. Anytime I use my prepaid card I get a text message so I got one stating that $8.00 was withdrawn from my account after she swiped it several times and told me it was declined. I spoke to the manager moments after realizing this and she barley spoke English. She asked if I had a receipt and I told her only for the second transaction and not the first because she told me it was declined. She accused me of lying after I showed her the text and bank statement. She told me that if I want a refund to call corporate because she wasn't going to do it.
