McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This McDonald's on Dobbin Road is horrible! Food is good. But the service is horrendous! I went through the drive through and each time they keep getting my order wrong. Today I ordered for ice caramel coffee and instead got a large thing of milk.. (see picture below). My daughter ordered a sundae ice cream and she got plain vanilla ice cream. I asked what happened to the sundae sauce. Lady said, "Oh sorry, we're out." I said, "Could've told us at the last window." They just shrugged their shoulders. They didn't even ask me to exchange it, offer me my refund, or give me something better. My kids love apple slices and each time they keep getting fries. My daughter asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce and received none. When I inquired, they just looked puzzled. I actually had to ask these "professionals," if they needed to see the receipt that they gave me again. Never ever again!!!! Don't...

aye so me n my girl popped on over here cuz we was hungry after walking round walmart for a minute cuz before she was like "take me to applebees" and i was like "girl do i look like i got applebees money" and she was like "naw u right" so i wasnt tryna spend gas money to drive anywhere so we walked on ova to mcdonalds and lemme tell u sumn this was in the top 25 cleanest mcdonalds ive ever been in in the baltimore metro area but anyway we ordered and the girl behind the register wasnt really that nice but she got our order right which in this day nd age thats all i can really ask for nd then when we sat down the table was clean nd already had ketchup sittin on it which coulda been from the person before us but i didnt pay it no mind because them cashiers always stingy with the ketchup like each packet come out they paycheck....

I went inside and placed my order for one large Coke and one large iced tea. The lady hands me two cups lids and straws so I presume itself service. I go over to the soda machine and there's no sweet tea there. I then go back to the counter only to stand about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges me standing there and ask where can I get the iced tea that I asked for the lady calls the other woman over who took care of me and says can I have your cup and proceeds to get my iced tea. I'm not sure why she did what she did but she rang me up for the soda and for the iced tea because the iced tea was 50 cent more and yet didn't take care of getting me the iced tea in the first place so it cost me several minutes more to get out of there and I was on...
