McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ZERO STARS.... This is the absolute worst McDonald's. Pretty much all fast food restaurants in Waldorf are bad but this location is really bad. I was trapped in their drive thur for 30 mins. Once you enter the lane there is no escape. I waited so long in line that I actually called the manager to find out what is going on. He quickly dismissed my concern and told me they are short staffed...so sorry.... Ok I can understand that situation BUT at some point you close the second lane and maybe pull a few cars up for those who have larger orders. Instead he just painfully had each car wait in line ...trapping everyone in line. I drove my husband's truck that day and came so close to driving over the flower bed just to get out of line! A few people were able to back out of the line once they saw the line at a stand still. Once I finally made it to the PAY window the person taking the money was rude. I was mad but I let it go.... then the person at the pickup window rudely handed me my drink with soda all down the side on the cup with the top of the soda overflowing on top if the lid. I had to pour the excess of before bringing in my car. The person said nothing ... just handed the drink out as fast as possible and the window shut quickly. I could'nt even ask for napkin. Ok..... I waited.... for the burger I ordered which I just knew it was going to be wrong. After several minutes I got a small greasy paper bag handed to me.... No I'm sorry about the wait... or have a nice day...nothing. Of course I pulled out asap so not to keep the rest of the people waiting any longer. I get down the road pull out my single burger... the only thing I ordered...with no mustard or ketchup. Ofcourse.... the burger had mac sauce ketchup mustard onions on a sloppy smashed bun.... it was so gross... I just threw it away... my hands were messy too because of sauce on the outside of the package... Of course not a single dam napkin in the bag! I'm writing this because I'm sick and tired of the SUBPAR FOOD AND SERVICE in the city of Waldorf especially this McDonalds.... and I want people to stop supporting these businesses that offer this kind of service. I also hope the owner reads this so they can fire these people that have no pride in the job they are doing. I unserstand they make minium wage but so does Chickfila workers and I ALWAYS hear... it is my pleasure and they hand you a clean cup! I will never go to this McDonalds...

This McDonalds, compared with another lcoation, generally is faster, and food is much better. Not sure what they do different than Upper Marlboro but it's doesn't taste like cardboard and appears to be fresh. Like all McDonalds as we come to expect, the Smoothie and ice cream machines will be down at some point, but not as often at this location. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes service is lacking and not always on point. When you ask for something special or condiments it's like you've committed a crime. I'm not sure why great service is such an issue in this area but it is and...

My husband and I went through the drive thru so he could grab a quick breakfast sandwich before heading to the movies. The service was courteous and fast. When the chicken breakfast sandwich was passed into our vehicle ot smelled rancid. I stated this too my husband who doesn't have a great sense of smell. I dont eat meat so he thought I was biased. He didnt smell anything meanwhile my stomach is turning. My husband begins to eat the chicken sandwich. As he is consuming it he starts to smell it and the consistency of the meat is very off. He couldnt finish the sandwich and his stomach was upset the rest of the day. We considered sending the breakfast sandwich to a lab to determine what in the world my husband had just consumed because it definitely was not chicken or it was expired chicken that should have been thrown away not given...
