Beauty 2 U — Local services in Waldorf

They are all about money. The lady didnt want to give me my money back but give a store credit instead. I've returned things here before and got my money back on my card but she wanted to argue me down that she dont do returns....what's the purpose of having a receipt then??? I purchased hair on a Sunday because I had an appointment on Monday. The braider canceled on me so I went to a salon where they supplied the hair. I went to Beauty 2U on Tuesday to return the hair and she wouldn't take it back mind you I've returned hair here before in the past....I've been here plenty of times. The other lil clerk tried to come from the back speaking their language I'm sure coaching the cashier as to what to say to me. They were so UNPROFESSIONAL in there today. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!! I would've not came here had I not felt comfortable with purchasing just in case I had to return in. Wasn't sure how many packs of hair I would've used an may had to return the unused packs but I guess I was WRONG!! DO NOT SHOP HERE....THEY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES ALL THE TIME. I was in the store to purchase henna the old lady she me where the henna was in the store one I get to it it was not what I wanted so I went to the front of the store looked around did not see anu thing else I wanted so as I preceeded to leave the store an alarm went off . I immediately stopped and they came over after checking my purse to see if I had stolen anything I was able to leave I know for a fact she the old woman set that alarm to go off because in her mind she felt I had taken something. Then tried to act as if they didn't know what happened once they relied nothing was taken. My daughter is going to a 90’s themed birthday party this weekend 90’s so I came here about an hr ago to buy some red flower Barrett’s for her hair that I couldn’t find in target (she will be Susie from the rugrats). Anyways, while I was there I noticed an older lady following customers around. I was with my 4 year old daughter and it made me feel very uncomfortable to witness this. I don’t know why they want to service a community with hair supplies, but then follow shoppers around the store.
