Michaelangelo's Towson — Restaurant in Maryland

I'm so disappointed in the service that I received from my once favorite carry out on 09/13/18 (12:55PM). First, the new girl that works the register and takes the orders cheated me by charging me extra. I ordered the $8.99 sub special as I normally do and she charged me individually for each item $7.99 for the sub, $1.99 for the fries and .94 cents for the can soda; totaling 10.92 (not including tax and delivery fee). I been getting this same sub special for months now and ever since she started working there I started getting cheated. Next, I ordered a grilled chicken sub with no cheese as always but it arrived with cheese. Mind you they have my order with my name saved in the computer because I always order the same thing. I called and told the girl about the situation and I also asked for fresh fries because I wasn't going to eat the fries without the sub, so I wanted a whole new fresh order. The new sub was delivered but without fries. I called again and told the girl the sub came without fries. I gave the delivery driver back the messed up sub and took the cold fries out of that bag because I did pay 1.99 for them so I wasn't going to just let them take them and I payed for them. I just put them in the trash they were cold. I asked for the manager and she put him on the phone and he basically said that he was going to credit my next order. Ok cool. I called today 09/18/18, the new girl answered I mentioned my name (KEDRA) and what the manager said and she said the order would just be 20% off. I assumed credit my next order should mean the order should have been free. I mean damn I was already cheated anyway. I said ok whatever and told her i wanted the 8 inch sub special, she said there isn't one. Now this is not cool. Perhaps that's the reason she charged me individually for each item the last time, because she don't know whats on their menu. I told her I'm looking at the menu and it is. She said ok and told me the total was $9.00 and some change but I need at least $10.00 for delivery. What? usually that's fine but I'm the one being cheated. I'm the one who order was messed up and had to wait and wait for a new order and still did not receive the order correctly. I basically told her to cancel my order. I been coming here for 3 years consistently doing my lunch break but I think it's time to find somewhere else. The only way I would consider this place again is if they...

Since the first time I saw a brochure for Michael Angelos and I started to order I have love every single item I have ordered. I have no complains about their food. But I hate the fact that I have to wait way longer than an hour for the food to be delivered. So today I decided to said something to the guy that answered the phone after I was waiting for longer than an hour. He said you are not taking into consideration the weather. True I wasn't but it is not the first time that it happens it happens every single time I order. He didn't want to heard that neither agree to let me talk to a manager. Not to mention his attitude. Honestly by the time that the delivery guy got to my door was when I realized that it has stopped raining and the street was completely dry. I mention to the guy the weather and he said it is not that its not raining in the streets really. Well they lost a loyal costumer. I will never order from them again. I don't care how much I really love their food. I am done. Oh by the way I had become a regular customer. Sometimes I ordered more than once a week and not one order, two and three. No more Michael Angelos for me...

4.5 food. 4.8 service. 4.5 atmosphere I have had the buffalo chicken wrap the french fries, the old bay, french fries, the specialty pizza, the meat on pizza, the steak on pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza, the grilled barbecue chicken pizza. More than 1 time mind you. I have had their wings and various salads also. You have to also try to build your own stromboli. I only have time to carry out, but the food is always ready on time. I am always greeted by someone who is very friendly and welcoming from the staff. Time and care is obvious and their preparation of those delicious pizzas. The french fries are cooked to perfection.
