It was a cool Wednesday night, when we walked into the little restaurant hidden behind a tree. Surrounded my numerous other shops, it was one hard to find. But boy am I glad I found it.
The food is awesome! It's like a gourmet Five Guys. You get to pick a burger (or hot dog or whatever you want) add toppings and they make exactly what you ask for. I had the Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Finished every bite of it. They also have great looking desserts, although I was too full to try one.
But the reason this little joint gets five stars is because of their outstanding customer service. Not only was the food great but they really care about their customers! The guy up front was extremely helpful and they even brought us our food and everything else we needed. Did I mention there are nice little tables outside to sit in?
A great place to relax, enjoy some food, and let the towson atmosphere seep...
Read moreThis establishment doesn't understand what safety is. Nobody in the whole kitchen was wearing gloves. The person on toppings never washed their hands between switching from the register and toppings. The person on the grill touched raw meat with their bare hands, and didn't wash their hands before touching the spatula. He literally had raw meat in one ungloved hand, and the spatula in the other. He cooked the raw burgers right next to the ones ready to go out, instead of utilizing the whole grill. It wasn't busy when I went, so there was room on the grill to cook raw patties away from the cooked ones. Before you ate your burger, three people touched your burger without gloves and without washing their hands, including the guy that touched raw meat. This is inexcusable, and its common sense to at least wear gloves and change them every time you touch raw meat.
The burger was pretty...
Read moreAbout five years ago, I googled "best burger near me" when I moved to the area. Burger Bros was one of the search results. I decided to try it and was not disappointed since until last night. I always get the bacon cheeseburger with blue cheese, Jalapeños and caramelized onion. The patties would always taste good, definitely didn't taste like the frozen stuff. Last night was different even though my order was the same. There are new cooks in the kitchen and i definitely tasted the difference. You can taste the patty was once frozen and you can taste the grease and the oil from the grill in the burger. The burger tasted very generic and not worth the $12+ tag, fries were also generic. Burger tasted like how I remembered burger king whoppers used to taste. Not good. If anyone knows of anotber good burger joint in the area let me know. Butger Bros was a...
