I once loved this location but not after what happened today. I did an Uber eats order. When my food arrived, I realized I had incorrect items as well as missing items. Called the location. An "associate" answered the phone with one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in customer service. She went to talk to her manager and not only did she not put me on hold, but she proceeded to loudly complain. " I did check the orders I did get the order right I don't even know which order is hers" She came back and told me her manager said I had to call Uber eats. . I called back and asked to speak directly with the manager and still I can hear her in the background. " What does she want! I already told her what the manager said!" Bear in mind never once during this conversation did I raise my voice, disrespect anyone or accuse anything- my order was actually missing items and had incorrect items... and I had paid an upcharge. I did actually receive a refund for the items from Uber eats directly. I advised the manager of this, but I told him that it was completely unnecessary for a staff member to behave that way to a customer, especially when I actually didn't get what I paid for. It's very unfortunate to pay money and receive this...
Read moreI ordered a 2-entrée plate which I ordered three times already this month. My order was in writing and the same piece of paper was given to the associates each time so that there would be no errors. I have ordered the same thing four different times, and was charged four different prices.
This visit, I was charged for a Bigger Plate which was priced $1.50 more than what I ordered. Surprisingly, it was much smaller in portions than my usual order, both the entrées and the sides. Also, I requested honey walnut shrimp as my "free" mini entrée, but it was not free as I was charged $1.25 for it.
Guessing, I believe that each time I should've been paying $11.10 (2-entrée plate @ $9.60, and spring rolls @ $1.50), plus $.67 tax (@ 6%), for a total of $11.77, and even that seems like too much for what I was served.
Only two visits got it right; one of the two had run out of spring rolls, so the price of $10.18 reflected that. The prices that seem totally wrong for the other two visits are $13.63 and $15.22.
Again, what was ordered was the same for each of the four visits: a 2-entrée plate and spring rolls. That said, I believe that I was overcharged twice, and should be...
Read moreGave 3 stars simply because staff did not follow direction for my mobile order. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my cream cheese rangoons, soy sauce to add to my chow mein noodles, hot mustard to try because I never knew they had it, and utensils. My husband picked out order up and I can assure you I was charged $.30 for bags but they couldn’t add my sauces THAT WERE FRANK AND CLEAR ON THE RECEIPT STAPLED TO THE BAG in which my husband drove back to get the sauce I wanted. Not only that, my husband ordered teriyaki chicken and no sauce was given from my “special instruction” note. He even said “this is the worst Panda Express I have ever seen” as he opened his bigger plate box and had a HEAP load of white rice and barely any chicken for his teriyaki chicken order…. My order was correct though. Just disappointed in the disregard for EASY instruction.. especially because its instruction thats pre-written to check the box ON THE WEBSITE. Mind you, I am a person who treats meals out as a “treat meal” of the week so of course I expect my order...
