Sakura Go — Restaurant in Clinton

Heard a lot about this place. My family and I decided to dine in. It was our first time so we were asking the staff questions before we ordered. First we weren’t greeted at all. Secondly, it almost seemed as if the ladies behind the counter were annoyed. We felt rushed and brushed off trying to order. My son’s bowl wasn’t offered any sauce, then when we paid and sat down to eat we asked for a side sauce for him, the ladies gave attitude and were reluctant to give it to us. Then one of the ladies just gave the ok. We ate and decided to eat the rest at home since the experience was so not what we expected. Went back up to the counter and asked for a bag and was given more attitude because the bags are 10 cent. Overall experience was terrible, but the food in my opinion was good. Maybe some staff retraining is needed to make the customer experience...

The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they’ve been good in the past but that’s clearly changed, I’ve ordered here multiple different times you could say I was a loyal customer, but this time I went in at 11:32am and got teriyaki chicken rice bowl which is what I normally get and isn’t out of the normal. But when sat down to eat it, the chicken was old I’ll provide a photo so you can see and when I called and told them they made the mistake and the chicken looked and tasted old they acted like I was lying and said it was no way possible and sat there trying to argue when I’m looking at it in front of my face. as a customer that comes all the time I was so very disappointed in how they handled the situation won’t be...

Sakura Go absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.. but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional service I received from Dina. She was attentive, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of with a smile.

The food? Incredible. Every bite was bursting with flavor — fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying something new, this place delivers on quality and taste.
