Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I know we are all humams and get it wrong. However, when we get it wrong we need to be mindful of the effects and try to compensate or accommodate. Okay strap your self in for this one because it was beyond wrong.... We order a pizza online, great experience as usual. That's not the problem, the problem was in the delivery. It never came! After giving the driver land navigation and map reading class over the phone for about 10 min, I get a phone call 10 min later from the driver that they got a "flat tire". Was this flat a coincidence? I think not, because the driver said they were on a street no where near my street, not even my direction. How did they get there? Don't know. The driver then tells us that someone is coming to retrieve our food to bring to us.. after about 10 min, our food still hasnt arrived, we call the store and guess who answered.. OUR FLAT TIRE DRIVER! How did she get back to the store before our food got to us???? Still have no clue.. well after ordering our food online until the time we just gave up and cancelled almost 2 hours had gone by.. Smh best part of the story is the pizza hut is less than 2 miles away! Ahahahahahahahah. -Yes, we got a refund.. -Yes, we where offered a $15 store credit for a $47 order -Yes, I am upset -Yes, I will never ever order from pizza hut again. All it takes is one time. Work all day, get home to do work, then school work, kidd...and...

My recent visit to the Pizza Hut on Crain hwy was extremely disappointing. Despite being a carry out only location, the overall cleanliness and service were severely lacking. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the floors and counters looked unkempt. More concerning, I spotted a few bugs crawling around the food preparation area, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. The employee working the front counter had an indifferent attitude and she did not seem to care about providing good customer service. When I raised the issue about the unsanitary conditions, she brushed it off instead of taking it seriously. My pizza itself was mediocre at best, with sloppy toppings that did not match the description. For the prices Pizza Hut charges, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, this Pizza Hut fell incredibly short on maintaining clean facilities, hiring friendly staff, and serving a decent product. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience unless they make drastic improvements to their sanitation and service standards. As customers, we deserve much better than this...

The time it took for my order to be completed was a bit excessive. The food was acceptable in temperature. I suggest that an additional front counter person be designated to expedite customer service.

02.04.2023 Review: I ordered a Buffalo chicken melt, but I got a chicken, onion and cheese baked sandwich with no hot sauce nor spices. It was very disappointing considering that this was my first time trying the melts. Also, my pizza toppings were not correct based on what I requested and I did not receive marinara sauce (as my submitted order says) with my cheese breadsticks. This order was very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut.

04.03.2023 Review: A part of my order was missing. When I called to have the issue addressed, a representative named Stacy gave me two options: come back to the restaurant and get the missing items or take a credit for the cost of the missing items towards my phone number. There was no apology nor customer satisfaction resolution offered; which was very disappointing. This is the third time I have had issues with this store and I will not use this store again...
