This Popeyes is horrible, I normally don’t write reviews but I had to this time! First of all, the little short manager is very rude and shouldn’t be a manager, she has horrible customer service and she lied to me about having sauce for my tenders. 2nd of all they gave me a huge strip that was no where near done (literally raw) and when I bring it to her attention she laughed then got mad and didn’t want to give me more chicken. She then went in the back and got me some chicken strips after I was complaining that was smaller than my middle finger smh I refused to take them just because she went to the back to get them when the strips were right there at the front. (Who knows what she did to my food) when I asked to get more chicken the gentleman that was working offered to get me more and she started fussing at him because he was being polite to me and wanted to redo my order. Once I got back to work and started eating my food there was hair in my chicken strip, not on it but in it like it was fried with the chicken! This place is disgusting, I will never go back there and the manager is nasty she literally told me there was no sauce but when I went in to show them my raw strip all the sauce was next to her in the drive thru line. When I asked her why did she tell me there was no sauce she said “because you asked for too many” I only asked for 1 ranch...
Read moreFirst of all... every time I go through the drive thru: I always have to repeat my order multiple times into the speaker and again at the window. They interrupt you constantly and play off like they either can't hear you or forgot.
I will never return because of an incident today. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line. When I finally got to the speaker I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still didn't get it right even when I got to the window. After paying (at 1:16pm) they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for my food and to pull around and park. That they would bring it out to me. I did what they asked and waited for 20 minutes. Fed up, I went in. Here is where I got to see just how disorganized they were. It took them another 10 minutes to realize they FORGOT about me. They apologized, got out a box, shoved tons of fries and chicken into it with 2 bbq sauce packets and pushed it at me. When I got to my car I opened the box... it was messy, the food was overdone, the fries were cold, and they forgot the biscuit. I'm more than likely filing a complaint. What should have taken me 10 minutes (or less) took me 40-45 minutes. That is unacceptable.

Read moreI've never had an issue with the food itself from any Popeyes locations. The service here though? Nonexistent. For the past 3 visits there has always been at least 1 thing missing ranging from a chicken sandwich to biscuits. I can't trust the employees to know my order at this point.
I also had a situation today where I tried to redeem my points for a sandwich, and was pointed towards the scanner with no words. I scanned and then was told the sandwich was an extra $5.50. I refused to pay until it was fixed since I was now missing 600 points (which ironically came from a missing sandwich on my previous order) and paying for a sandwich. A manager came over and seemed a little lost on how this happened before removing the sandwich and manually calling it out to be made. It just feels like amateur hour at this location every time.
I can't help but feel Raising Cane's knew this and chose to build a storefront only a few doors down. I don't think Popeyes will last once that Raising Cane's goes up unless there can be a massive overhaul in the staff and service at...
