Rain 903 — Restaurant in Maryland

If i could leave a comment with out a star I would have stared them 0... There is no customer service, no organization, no consistency and no one cares... all I wanted was oatmeal..on Monday morning... didn't ask the lady at the register because she had already told a customer she was not there to be working. The waitress wondering around gave me minimal help... charged me then stuck the money in her pocket and failed to give me change.. had to ask her for my $5.75 in change and that really threw her off because she could not count change and had to ask another co worker to ensure the amount was correct...... Wednesday gave it another try.. new lady yahoo!! Wrong.... she's upset and telling someone she needs to be at the register because she's to busy for this... I ask for oat meal which has now doubled in price since 2 days ago... at which she tells me those people on Monday and Tuesday don't know what they are doing they make up their own thing.... I canceled my order and walked away... at this time she tells at me down the hall that she'll give out to me at the same price as Monday..... SERIOUSLY I know now why there place bass mostly been empty my whole...

We were staying at the Sheraton, so this was very convenient for us. The first night we were there we went to the bar for a couple drinks, the bartender was very friendly and she made a nice strong drink. On night number two, we went back to the bar, the drinks were great again, so we decided to have a little late night food. The wings were great, nice and crispy and well seasoned, the crab stuffed mushrooms were small and lacked flavor. We had the same bartender, who again was extremely fun to talk to. All in all this is a good spot if you are traveling and staying...

I bought a Groupon, not knowing this establishment was inside a hotel. We attempted to use it but was told that because they only had 1 cook in the back, we could only eat from the buffet and not the menus...my entire family is vegetarian...there was only sugar packed options or eggs. We left, decided to try back another day. We called ahead for 3 weekends until they finally had a second cook available. The food was not worth the wait or the money. Terrible service. Entirely too unorganized! Corporate/management really needs to step in and get things under...
