I have to admit I don't get to Rita's nearly as much as I would like but I am never disappointed when I do go! I went on Mother's Day and redeemed the free small mocha frozen cold brew reward I had and OMG!!! It was SO YUMMY!!!! I'm sad that they are only for a limited time. They just extended it though so go get yourself one! If you don't have the app I recommend downloading that and setting up an account as well because on top of sometimes getting free rewards just because every time you make 7 purchases you then receive a free small Italian ice, frozen custard, or gelati! Back to the frozen cold brew. It wasn't frozen like a milkshake and was a little liquidity but the taste was AMAZING!!!! They are pricey though.

Stopped here after a dinner in the area. Cool weather meant no lines which was enjoyable. The young staff was exceptionally friendly. The products were good but the value size-wise compared with price was not what I expected. VERY high prices. I prefer The COW in Westminster.

The 2nd time at this location and had to return the water ice twice. The flavors didn't taste right. When I returned, the employee said that they have customers reporting the same issue. The employee said its the sanitizing chemicals they use to clean the barrels. Well, that isn't right nor should you be telling that to the customer. The manager needs to be involved with teaching the employees how to wash. Customers are complaining and getting sick is not OK. This is completely unacceptable. Stopped by on September 8th to get some dessert after an excellent dinner. Got there right at 7:55 to find the place was closed. It was a beautiful evening and many other potential customers with many kids were as astonished as us to find the place closed before 8pm. I guess they just don't need the business. so we went to Twin Kiss down the road. Kudos to them - they were open and oh so happy to service...
