I ordered food today for me and my coworkers, I ordered around 11:30a. I work at the local hospital around the corner from this location. The food was delivered at 12:19p. I was in a procedure that was prolonged and did not get to the lobby until 2p to pick up the order. The order was a total of $68 for my 3 other coworkers and I. Upon opening my order, I was missing my chicken wings, which is the only thing I ordered, when I called the location, the person who answered the phone at the register told me that they are aware of the missed item, that they person who was packaging the food forgot this item, and if I wanted to come sometime during the week to pick up my chicken wings. I told whoever was on the phone to put my money back on my card immediately because that is some of the unprofessional service I have ever received. I asked her why no one bothered to call me on this number and tell me they forgot my item or offer a refund after delivering my food over an 1.5 hours ago which a knowing MISSING ITEM. They were fully aware of this error and did not rectify the situation. I was refunded a total is $8 for my wings out of the total. When I asked to speak to a manager I was placed on hold. I hung up and called back 3 times to be placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I got off work and proceeded to the restaurant while still holding the phone and still being on hold as I walked into the resturant, which was down the street from my job, I spoke with the manager who was also aware of the situation and she too did not call or offer a refund. All while knowingly not including the item and still charging me for the delivery fee. Absolutely disgusting. Then the manager proceeded to offer me the wings that I had been waiting for, for the last 2 hours. I declined. This places deserves less than 1 star because that is the epitome of disgusting and dishonest...
Read moreI would love to have given the extra star to make this a 5-star rating versus a 4-star rating, but it took awhile for my food to come out. I hadn't ordered anything fancy (1-3 piece; 1-quesidilla; 1-fried shrimp) & I watched at least 5 orders walk out of the door before receiving mine. Of course I inquired & then it took another 5 minutes to get my order. I'm not complaining, just made an observation. I'll return because it's another food option in lil ole Clinton. Also, I liked the customer service of the manager on duty on 13Jun23. He would come out to personally inquire with the patrons. Asking if they needed help with anything when he noticed they were staring maybe a little long at the menu. To me, that's a nice touch because one never knows if a person would like help in making a decision or not until you ask. He also pointed to the promotion sale for me. I decided to try it. Read moreI recently ordered the family whole chicken meal and the Peruvian Whitefish (fried) platter... I had received the whole chicken meal and had to wait 15 mins extra for the fish to be fried. When I got home, I noticed that I only had one piece of fish and 2 additional sides. They did not inform me that it was only going to be 1 piece of fish, and I didn't think I needed to ask (or i wouldn'thave ordered it). I was expecting at least 3 to 4 pieces considering the price: $19.70. When I called to inform them of my disappointment, I only received a "I'm sorry, ma'am". I will not be doing business with this particular location anymore.
Retraction: I decided to contact the store one more time and spoke with the manager on duty. She was very helpful and was able to provide me with a do-over meal (still with one piece of fish) and provided me with the Sardi's marketing team phone# to provide input on the prices and how certain items are detailed on the menu.
