This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL restaurants/take out places I have ever been. And this is the WORST location that I have been to!! My sister from out of town, ordered a pizza and wings deal online. When she got the receipt, she realized that the order was incorrect. She immediately called the restaurant to try and change the order. She explains to the employee what happened, who was very rude, and he says to her that thereās nothing that he can do because the order was placed online. We get to the restaurant and are greeted by the same rude employee. I try to explain the situation to him and he stated that the order is already ready and there was nothing that he could do. We were willing to either pay the difference or buy another pizza. No one was looking for a handout. However, he continued to patronize us saying things like how can we ask to change it when itās already ready. At this point, I was completely over his nasty attitude and asked for a refund. He then proceeds to ask me, how can I ask for a refund when they already made the pizza. Mind you, I didnāt touch the pizza. His attitude was so bad I was questioning if this was actually real. I told him I want a refund because I donāt want the pizza anymore and asked to speak to the manager(who was getting blasted by another customer because they got her order wrong twice). The manager comes over after and we explain what happened and he apologizes and offers to make us another pizza with the right topping. He even offered to give us the other pizza. I told him no, but he insisted. I even apologized for the confusion with my sister who placed the order. So he tells us to wait for the pizza. As we are waiting, the manger fixes a few other problems and I was taking note because I was going to leave a POSITIVE review about his professionalism vs his employee (who should be fired). The manager tells us the pizza is ready, itās all good. And then I ask him about the other box that he OFFERED to give us. He then states āwhy would I give that to you? Donāt try and take advantage.ā I immediately saw red. My cousin says to the manager itās ok, we donāt want it. And we leave. I have never been disrespected by a MANGER like this at any place that Iāve been too. The staff at this location have no customer service skills whatsoever and I truly believe that they do not like the community (black people) that they work in. Stay away...

One of the items in my order included was a steak and cheese combo that included fries and a drink. I chose a sweet tea as my drink. When I arrived to pick up my order I explained I had purchased a combo that included a drink. The man behind the counter (who I think is a manager) told me I could grab a drink out of the fridge. One fridge housed things like Pepsi, orange, water etc. I told him I ordered a sweet tea and attempted to grab one of those from the other fridge. He rudely explained that I couldn't get those. He told me I could get one of the others or a fountain drink and that's what the combo included. I explained I specifically ordered sweet tea because that is what I wanted. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered a combo. He continued to rudely (I can't express enough how rude this man was) that it wasn't included and that corporate adds that and it shouldn't be there. I am not sure how I, as a customer, would ever know that at told him as much. He didn't care. I told him that he was rude he mumbled something, told me to take the tea and go. I did. And because of that, I will never return. I can't make this establishment, or this person rather, treat its customers better. ( I heard another lady leaving complaining about how rude he was as well) But I can decide where and who I choose to spend my money with, and it will not be Ledos.
I was hesitant on leaving a review because I don't want to ruin someone's business. However, it was clear the worker could care less about me, my feelings, or the level of customer service he displayed, or lack there of. Just how dismissive the worker was made me realize he didn't value my business or me as a customer, and frankly I would never want anyone to spend their money and feel this way. I arrived at the restaurant by 10:55 pm. As Iām walking in i wasnāt greeted. The guy behind the register seemed rather irritated and asked was I pick up. I stated yes and he responded by saying can you hurry up and pay so we can close... šÆš The way I wanted to retaliate wouldāve gotten me a label slapped on my head. The business woman in me told him that his response to me was super unprofessional and being a small business owner closing time is at 11:00 pm. You donāt rush your guest no matter. The hand gestures was the icing on the cake. His colleague then tried to tell me that they were closing and needed to count the register. Okay me as a paying customer should never feel rushed. Any establishment Iāve ever worked at we never rushed our guests. If closing time is 11:00 pm expect to leave at 11:30. They were out of this establishment by 11:09 pm and was chit chatting and smoked a cigarette before leaving. The only reason I didnāt give them a one star is because I enjoy Ledoās Pizza and I know how a one star can impact a business. Being a small business owner and being an employee for other establishment this was unacceptable. The way these establishments in Maryland treat their paying customers is out of this world. We have to demand better. I spent $22.00 on a pizza donāt make me regret it. I hope you all improve your customer service at this location.
