This is my local Chipotle and I've NEVER experienced such rude and careless staff. A lot of the staff looks new and treat the customers terrible. When I arrived yesterday 7/6/17 for lunch, a women in front of me complained that the staff member gave her a tea spoon of chicken in her bowl. When it was my turn to be served I have 3 bowls. One of my bowls had chicken and steak in which the employee only added literally 5 small pieces of chicken and 4 small pieces of steak. I found it odd and actually thought it was a joke until she moved on to my next bowl. I asked her to go back to the first bowl and add a little more as that's not the normal serving. After all 3 bowls had the rice, meat, beans in them it was time for toppings. I asked the next employee/staff member to put tomatoes only in the 2nd bowl. She wasn't paying attention and rushing so she added tomatoes (mild salsa) to the wrong bowl (1st bowl). I stated ma'am that's the wrong bowl, I asked for mild salsa to be put in the 2nd bowl and my fiance' can not have tomatoes. She stated "OK I can give you a new bowl, but you'll have to pay for this bowl also"! I stated, "I will not pay for a bowl I or my family is not going to each and due to your mistake I shouldn't have to pay for an additional bowl". She looked at me angry and I immediately asked for her manager. The manager comes out and states "It comes out of the employees checks when they mess up on orders". I stated, " What does that have to do with us... The Customer".? The manager then goes to state "We will give you another bowl but in the future, you will have to pay for another bowl". I stated "This is terrible customer service" and asked for the manager's name. She said her name was Andrea. I asked for her last name and she stated that she will not provide that.

Read moreCustomer service sucks! I love chipotle and I loved this location until last weekend. I placed 2 orders through the chipotle app, when using the company doordash will deliver the food. Every time I go in there they’re making orders so I was excited to try ordering on the app. So I placed the first order and waited a little over 30 mins to then see the order was just canceled. I called doordash and they said that the chipotle store it self claimed it as fraud. I found this to be very weird because I visit this location very often. So I placed another order through the app again because doordash said it should be fine. I waited again 30 mins or so and it was canceled again. Doordash said the store itself reported my account as fraud. I contacted chipotle headquarters and I told them there was no fraud because it was me placing the orders. The chipotle rep I was in contact with realized nothing was adding up because even if the order/account was considered fraud the food will still go out. If that was the case, I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD!! The chipotle rep gave me a refund and told me to call the store to see what the problem was so it doesn’t happen in the future. I called and spoke to a manager named Raina, I explained to her multiple times the whole story. I told her the story and that I already contacted headquarters. She kept saying the same script of contacting the company itself. I only wanted to know when the manger who was working when I placed the order would work again so I can get the real answer. Decided to try them again since all the issues have died down and their online ordering policy paired with the service at this store has made this my last time. I used the online ordering option for convenience and set a 7pm pick-up time. Got in at 7 (with less than 5 people in line) and no one knew where my order was. I told the young lady my name and she printed off an order which was filled around 7:10pm and it turned out to be the wrong order. I asked them to fill the order and I'll wait. By then the line had grown to about 20 people. After 10 minutes I went back to the counter to see why my order had not been filled, only to see the employee gesture to the other employee that he needed to fill the order. By then I was peeved and I just wanted my money back so I told them not to even bother with filling the order. The manager came up front and that did not help anything because the entire conversation she needed another employee to TRANSLATE in English. I need to have a serious conversation about getting my money back I want to know exactly WORD FOR WORD what you're saying. Because all the translator could tell me is that I CANT GET A REFUND in-store for an online order. When I asked the translator where and how am I to get my refund she asked the manager who gave a paragraph answer in Spanish and all the translator said to me was that "she said it had to be done online". This is why I needed a manager who could talk to me because I know she said more than that and all I got was a 8 word answer.
