I called to place a to-go order for my mom & myself. The person that answered the call was pleasant; took my order, gave me my order number and how long it was going to be. That is where the good experience ended.

I ordered a 15 pc Medium Shrimp Basket, 6 whole lemon pepper wings, and potato wedges. According to my mom, the staff were friendly she went to pick up the order, but the food was a COMPLETE rip off.

Chicken Wings: I don’t care what anyone says, the wings they sold us were yesterdays wings, refried. They were so hard and dry on the outside, and when you break it open, the meat was dry and shiny (old)! The beautiful golden brown wings you see on their pamphlet are NOT the wings you’ll get! And there was about a 1/3 teaspoon or less of lemon pepper powder on the wings! Two had NONE!

The Shrimp Basket: Nearly ALL of the shrimp had most of the fried breading pulled/cooked off. And the ones that did have a little coating on them, the coating was wet, mushy, and oily! Out of 15 pcs, I believe TWO resembled an actual fried shrimp.

Potato Wedges: I LOVE some good potato wedges, but these are NOT it! While the ends of the wedges were cooked well, the centers were still undercooked/crunchy! I don’t know if these were rushed or if this is normal for them, but I won’t be doing these again!

This place just recently opened in Clinton. It’s sad to think of all the food options in the area that so could’ve chosen, I gave this place a try, and this is the product that’s being served. There’s a carry out right next door that is now under new management. I’ll try that place before I visit this place...

This was my first time in. Everything looked good. I ordered 2 Whiting, 3 wings and fries. The wings were perfectly crunchy, but really had no flavor other than hot grease. The fries also tasted like hot grease. And they were greasy. I threw them out. They also sprinkle this white substance on the fish and fries, which doesn’t add anything positive to the flavor. It just has a strange taste. The fish was pretty good. Perfectly crunchy but again tasted like hot grease and was a bit oily. Maybe the grease was not fresh is the only thing I could think of. Once I got done dousing it in hot sauce it was okay. But I don’t spend my money for “okay.” Portion size was good for the price, but the chicken wings were comically small. First off it's 96 outside and it was about 110 inside. The ac wasn't turned on.

Drinks machine broken. Cashier didn't really understand anything we said.

Place smelled like old seafood. There was a guy in the back dropping stuff into the fryer without gloves.

Tried to dine in but decided we had to leave as the heat was really bad and the frying wasn't helping.

Food was actually good. Got the regular chicken sandwich with fries, and catfish/wings with fries. Chicken sandwich was honestly like Popeyes. Bun was very slightly sweet and the chicken has a great coating that stays together and is flavorful. Sauce was also almost exactly...
