Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

The coffee was great but service was AWFUL. We were a sizable group of people so I understand, however, we came in 30 minutes till close and it looked like the employee was already closing up and cleaning. The employee had a really bad attitude and was snappy at us and just made us all really uncomfortable. After we got our drinks and walked out, the employee walked out after us so I guess we walked in as they were closing, which I can understand the frustration, since I’ve been there myself. However, that is absolutely no way to treat anyone. Only reason they’re not getting a 1 star is because we were happy that the coffee...

I can’t remember her name, but the nicest lady was on the morning shift today 9/16/25, she was patient with me and made me smile. She made amazing coffee, and my name is spelled differently and she spelled it right without me even having to tell her :) it’s the first time ever and it honestly really made my day. She is a super solid amazing...

Always spot on with your coffee. Worth it to pay for consistency. I can't count how many times I've ordered coffees from DD and had to throw them away from being unconsumable. With Starbucks you're paying for consistency...
