Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

This Starbucks is terrible.The Starbucks is always out of most drinks.The manager/supervisor is the worst. She only makes drinks for employees of the store and spends 10 minutes conversing with them even if there are other customers. She also never acknowledges/greets customers. She’s been working at this location for years and I cannot understand how she still has a job. I guess Starbucks doesn’t care bc it’s not a main store?

I really need you to talk your barista here. I don’t know the older women’s name but she is always rude. The younger guy his name is Chris, always looks like he doesn’t want to be there and rolled his ice when I asked for a caramel frapp because he just made 3. He also is extremely slow, it took almost 15 minutes to make 3 drinks. I been to many Starbucks and they make drinks at the same time. He doesn’t do that he will literally make one drink and then just stand around and not make the other. I ordered a iced latte there is no reason why a frap can’t be made at the same time. Sigh. I love Starbucks. I really do. But this one located inside the Giant Food Store was not good. Customer service was lacking. The gentleman who made my coffee today was not friendly or approachable. He seems as if he didn’t want to work there. What really made this a bad review is that my Grande Toasted White Chocolate Mocha was not filled to the top. (See picture) & the taste was also very burnt. I know that the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is supposed to have a “toasted” taste, but not a burnt taste. I also bought a Grande Hot Chocolate, lol, I should have gotten my own Swiss Miss and made it at home cause that would have been 10 times better. I won’t be back to...
