I am very displeased with my last experience at this subway. This subway is the closest to my house so I visit it quite a lot. Usually everything is decent but not this time. I ordered my food ahead of time because I was working out and wanted something to eat. I arrived at the subway 18 minutes after placing my order and it wasn’t completed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a little busy. 17 more minutes pass while waiting and I am ticked off at this point. I then stand up and go to the register again. Turns out my food was already completed but they neglected to alert me. Strike 1. By the time I got home my food is cold which sucked but oh well. I then begin eating because I am starving. It tastes funny to me so I stopping eating. I look at my food and my receipt and realize they got my bread wrong. Strike 2. I then head back to the store livid. While addressing the issue, I am very respectful and was hoping they would remake my sandwich. Instead of apologizing for making the mistake and offering me a new sandwich, they start saying I’ve already eaten it and ask why did I eat part of it if it’s wrong. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they do this. With a little bit of more talking, they eventually remake the untouched half of the sandwich only. I hadn’t even eaten half of the first half! Strike 3. Please think twice about eating here. The extra few minutes you get from the shorter drive is not worth...
Read moreSo today I went to the subway at Festival way to get lunch for my office (this is not uncommon for me). I had coupons that said you could get Two six inch subs with 20 oz sodas and chips for $10.00. The coupons say nothing about exclusions except for wraps. You can not use the coupon for any wrap. After I ordered my subs I got to the register and the lady there told me I could not use my coupon for the 6 inch subs we ordered because they were promotional items. Since when is a meatball sub and a brisket sub promotional? So I was very confused and asked why and she said she would call the manager. she did at which point they spoke in Spanish on the phone for about 2 minutes and then she said the manager said no. I run a local business. I also compose coupons for our customers clearly listing restrictions. I know how it works and I was mad. Don't put out coupons that your stores will not honor. Never going to this store again. I may not ever visit a subway again. I warned you that you would receive a bad review as a result of your decision to not honor the coupon. Was it worth the extra $18.00 ? I hope so... BAD BUSINESS NOT AMERICAN OWNED...
Read moreMake sure they are cleaning the knife properly.I just left there today and when I walked in still looking to decide what I would like,I noticed one of the lady’s that worked there using the knife (used for cutting the sandwich’s) to clean out old bread or whatever else out the small cracks between the white board they place your sandwich on when preparing it.I politically asked her not to cut my sandwich, she looked at me weird and I also informed the guy behind me not to have them use that knife the lady heard me and let me know that the knife was clean it was inside of sanitizer water I told her OK whether it is or whether it’s not what you where doing with it should not have been done!
