Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

I use to OD on Tropical Smoothie but I had to cutback because I had to spread the love to other establishments and plus I'd ordered about everything on the menu. I recently discovered the fruit bowls and I started my habit again. However, this will be the last time I order another thing from the Tropical Smoothie in Towson. Twice in a span of 3 days my order slipped past them for some reason. I entered the store close to 5:30 and was the 2nd person in lineage noone behind me. Maybe 5 mins later more people come in and then it's a little busy but not crowded. The folks that were in front of me recieved their order and then the people behind me, then the people behind the people behind them and the people behind them. I go tonthe counter because EVERYONE that was behind me are now gone. I go to the counter and I'm asked if I can helped and I show them the receipt. Their jaws drop!! I'd gone to the gym to kill time from after my dentist appointment because I couldn't eat for an hour. I was too hungry to walkout or be mad so I took my order and left without...

1st Food and smoothies are a hit or miss. Sometimes the smoothies aren’t blended. Sometimes the Buffalo chicken wraps have way too much Buffalo. That’s not really a big issue.

The issue is No one greets you when you come in and when you look at them at the register they ask you do you need something like no I just came in a restaurant to stare at unprofessional workers. Then one of the black girls just stare with judge mental looks and get on her phone the whole time. Nobody has manners everyone said thank you for their orders no response. Idk if management is stressing everybody out but they all too young to be looking that damm tired or stressed. My thing is if you’re going to looking and act miserably all day at work just quit babes it’s not worth it for your mental clearly. They act like somebody owe them something....

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but, unfortunately, I have to. I do not suggest ordering food from this place, only smoothies. I ordered a simple Baja burrito with no tomatoes or onions (I’m allergic to tomatoes) and they completely disregarded my request. I’m writing this because this was not the first time they failed to make my order correctly. The first time I didn’t complain or ask for my money back because I believe in second chances. I just threw the burrito away and counted it as a loss. However, they literally made the same mistake this time. Therefore, I had to drive back to receive reimbursement for my order.
