New look but same customer service. This Wendy's would have done better to invest in staff training then overall appearance of the place. It is a nice upgrade but staff needs training which would have provided a much better return. I am finding a lot of Wendys in the area are struggling with staffing issues. This one is no better than one in Upper Marlboro near Home Depot. These Wendys give the overall franchises a bad look due to staff service. Be prepared to wait long and check orders before leaving especially in drive though. Do not have high expectations like the better Wendy's such as one in Waldorf then you will have less disappointment. Also keep in mind staff needs training and just has not been taught/trained how to treat customers. There is high staff turnover so this place will always be this way no matter number of complaints. He order a chicken sandwich it suppose to be like a club sandwich. When we got home it was nothing what we was suppose to have on it. First of all it had cheese and tomato on it and that all. It suppose to be a grill chicken and it also suppose to have lettuce and mayo. And other stuff suppose to be on the sandwich. Then when you call the place the phone just ring off the hook. I have try to get in contact with the restaurant manager for the last hour. Nobody want to pick up the phones. Somebody really need to do something with the people down there. Read morei honestly wish i could give this place 0 stars. and i hardly ever leave both good or bad reviews.. but do not go here. the employees are THE laziest people i have ever seen. when the line is 30+ minutes and i sit there and wait i expect to be served. the last 4 times i’ve gone there when the line is that long they never fail to tell the last half of the line that the “system is down.” and the system will “be right back up” by the time the first half of the line has cleared.. absolutely pathetic. i don’t expect these people to make it far in life when they have absolutely ZERO work ethic.. oh and not to mention the employees literally cuss each other out over the mics.. in which the costumers can hear.. something needs to be done asap. why have a restaurant run...
