This place is a trash stand. i used to like bk. i moved and its the only one near me. let me describe three visits. 1.About four months ago, 9 pm weekday night order a bacon double cheeseburger, a 10pc nugget, and a large fry. i had to go right back. the fried were dead cold and not even half full. the manager or lead a short small framed ethnic woman with no expression apologized very monotone and offers to replace fries and saying she didnt see the order being bagged etc. She was in fact, right there in the window next to where burgers are slid from the back ON HER PHONE. I HAD TO COME BACK AGAIN ON THE SAME VISIT BECAUSE THE BURGERS WERE A DAY OLD AND DRY AS COULD BE. I got my money back. i resolved to cook at home. Yesterday. 4-5 pm its been a while and i miss the nuggets. no line, order nuggets a 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and large fries bag feels full fries feel super hot i think were good to go. no nuggets. th heart of my issue. now the drive through is full and luckily the inside is empty so i walk in and that very same manager/lead is there. i say 'hey i just came through and didnt get nuggets' she flashes around in a circle grabbing nuggets and dropping them in to my back and turns her back back to face the kitchen without so much as addressing me. no the worst but really uncomfortable experience. the other people in the dining area looking uneasy as well. today. I'm about to do the survey after this one. i get a bacon double cheeseburger and a 10 pc nugget. no drive through line. first window- paid, second window, as im pulling up to it theres already a person leaning out with a bag saying "heres your food". im so thrown off by the speed.. i feel the bag and its fiery hot so i think "wow must actually be fresh". nuggets were pretty good. one felt like it never got crispy, so I just didnt eat it. w/e. the burger was warm. good sign? no. it was warm from the crazy hot nuggets but the burger had to be hours old. the meat was dryer than the bread. the whole thing had flavor and texture of a char broiled biscuit. i cant bear to keep going back to this place to complain, thats not what i want to do with my day. This spot is garbage. Theres literally 10 other places to get food within...
Read moreNot sure what it is but I used to love getting Whoppers. Now it's been always at this Marysville location and I no longer like them. They don't taste as good and in most cases, I get the hard stem parts of lettuce and large, unsightly pieces of onion, not the nice crispy leaves of the lettuce and not nice round sliced onion. Usually a sign of poor management from someone just showing up for the paycheck. Such a shame with so much competition so close by. Just an addition. My daughter stopped here and picked me up a whopper and fries. If she asked me first, I would have said no thanks. But since she did, I had hope for something to change my initial review of this location. They are consistent that's for sure. Another hockey puck burger topped with an unmelted piece of cheese, small pieces of lettuce stem, a huge piece of onion and an end piece of tomatoe. Add an unbalanced layering and the condiments are a sloppy mess. I couldn't help but bust out laughing. It's incredible how consistently the poor quality is at this location.
I took some time to read some reviews. Good and bad and it amazes me that the manager of this location doesn't even take time out to respond to some of these and at the very least, apologize and try to do better going forward and on the good reviews, say thank you to the customers who actually like this location. Who ever manages this location needs some serious lessons in business and customer service. Without good customer service, the business is limited at best. I guess it must be making money considering it's still open, but imagine if this place had competent management. Over a few years time, it could be the difference between an early retirement for the owner (if franchised) or struggling to even sell the location and retire at a fixed income retirement home. Come on. Get it...
Read moreToday I went to this Marysville and pulled up to the drive thru to order. I asked the cashier for a whopper meal and stated to her that I had to coupon for 5$ the cashier then asked for the coupon code. I noticed that I accidentally tore the coupon code off when I ripped the coupon from the others upon leaving my house. I asked the cashier to give me one sec while I call and get the coupon code from my husband (who was at home). I politely said to the cashier that is what I want so you can go ahead and put that as my order. She than said "well I need the code or but the order in" . I replied hummm ok well no one ever asks me for the coupon or the code until after I get to the window. Normally that's what they do all the time when I come here. Then I hear someone so very unprofessional yelling "we can't do it without the code" I then say "you know what, You are NOT about to yell at me so ..you can cancel my order. The cashier then replied ok... really no apology no nothing. I have never had any issues at the location I come here all the time but I will. It be returning that was extremely poor customer service! That is not how you treat customers!!! I'm so very upset and still can't believe that I was treated like this today. I also called the customer relations department and...
