This use to be the only DQ in Marysville but there is another one. It’s new and located at the corner of State St and 116th St. it’s right near Winco Foods. The Marysville Mall location has issues. First, the hamburgers always are inconsistently under cooked or over cooked. Second, they often get your order wrong in drive thru. Third, if you’re wanting chocolate ice cream at 9pm, and they close at 10:30 or 11, too late. They turn off the chocolate to clean it early. Why do they do that when they have to clean the vanilla also anyways? It’s a matter of flushing through water into the unit. I use to do it at a DQ. If this happens, go to the 116th St DQ. They run their chocolate up until closing! Lastly, the types of blizzards they can make is vast. They only post SOME of the types of blizzards they can make. Did you know that you can get a Hawaiian blizzard there still? Vanilla ice cream with coconut, pineapple, and banana. You can also get mint Oreo ice cream any time of the year. It’s just mint syrup added to the ice cream from a glass pump. Google the list of past blizzards or a complete list and pick one you would like. Then order it when you get to a DQ. If they have no clue what you’re talking about, show them what blizzard you found. It is helpful if you can find out what’s in it also so they can duplicate the recipe. This is so that they don’t charge you a per topping fee. If they try to, ask for the manager. They will settle it for you. Do join their point system. Again, any problem at this DQ, go to the 116th St DQ. Different owner, different excellent experience! I’ve never had a problem there. Oh, and they offer customized cakes there as well. Including prepackaged Dilly bars, and buster bars. Pre packaged ice cream in pints are also available. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy your new favorite blizzard flavors!! (Chocolate dip for cones and Oreo Mmm)

This is hands down the worst DQ I've ever been to and I've been to them in almost every state. You walk in to dirty tables, floors that look like they haven't been mopped in weeks, windows are completely fogged over with grime, it smells like a second hand store, the guy behind the counter is playing on this phone while leaning on the counter, which is only made worse by the fact he barely speaks english (not his fault) making ordering hard. There is not a single person in the lobby and only 1 car in the drive through, there is no reason for this store to be this filthy. The drink fountain is very suspect, its even leaking from behind the valves when you try to use it. If the prep area is as nasty and unkempt as the lobby, a health inspection would shut this place down for sure. I am very uneasy about eating here, especially with one of the most recent reviews being bugs in their fries.

Went twice recently. First time was the drive through. Employees goofing off, visiting each-other, and watching videos on their phones. Not very friendly, they do not speak English well enough to take your order without making mistakes. Shut the window on us for a very long time without telling us if they knew we only had half of our small order. Came back recently to order a plain ice cream sheet cake and asked if they could write my daughter’s name and happy birthday. Gave them 48 hours notice and paid in full in advance. Took them a a weirdly long to write the message on the cake. If it didn’t turn out so comically bad I would probably be mad about it.

If you're coming for the standard Dairy Queen dessert options, this location probably isn't bad, they do fine. I wouldn't order a blizzard here, they strike me as the type of location that won't tip it upside down and I always dislike getting into that argument. But my kids enjoyed their burgers and sundaes, the experience was tolerable.

From my point of view however, I was met with someone at the counter who interupted us several times through the transaction to ask us the very detail I was in the middle of giving, the entire time frowning at us rudely. Then, when he gave us too few cups and I pointed it out immediately and tried to show him the receipt he had seconds earlier passed into my hands, he told us to wait as he re-printed and scanned it dubiously. I did end up getting the correct number of drink cups, but there was an awful lot of doubt regarding a sale that had concluded only 20 seconds prior.

Later when I needed something from the condiments counter, 2 people from the cooking area saw me, but ignored me. One was even sat on a bucket in the middle of the walkway clearly performing no duties at that moment. I waited patiently without word or gesture or negative glance, but it took far too long for a customer standing at the point of sale for anyone to approach them.

My wife and I cracked open our burgers and immediately discarded the sickly looking bacon. It was, in a word, gross. Very strongly recommend avoiding any of their burgers that...

I had an EXTREMELY bad experience and I just have to share it. 😤 First off, when I walked in, no one even greeted me. I stood at the counter for what felt like forever before someone finally acknoleged me. 🙄

When I finally got to place my order, the employee was so rude! She acted like I was bothering her by being there. She got my order wrong TWICE, and then had the nerve to roll her eyes at me when I asked for it to be fixed. 😡

To make matters worse, the place was filthy. There were spills on the floor and the tables were sticky and gross. When I asked if someone could clean a table for me, the employee just pointed to a rag and told me to do it myself. Seriously??? 😠

And let's talk about the ice cream. It was melted and tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. When I complained, the manager came out and was just as rude as the rest of the staff. No apology, no offer to make it right, just a "that's how it is" attitude. 😒

Overall, this was an EXTREMELY disappointing visit. The customer service was awful, the place was dirty, and the food was subpar. I won't be coming back to this Dairy Queen ever again, and I suggest you avoid it too if you want to keep your sanity and enjoy your meal. 😤👎

Next time I'm just going to go to take my business to the Monroe dairy queen near Highway 2, they clearly care more about the...
