Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marysville

Haven't been to Pizza Hut in years and I have never been to this outlet. But I was meeting a friend in the area and parked in front of Pizza Hut. So I decided to go in when they were having no customers. Kind of wish I had seen the special of a small pizza and wings that probably would have been exactly what I wanted, but instead I ended up with a medium topping thin meat lovers.

Well this is really cooked perfectly. I was waiting there right on the spot and got it hot out the oven but it was really crispy and hot and I just sat in my car and ate half a pizza because it was so delicious. I didn't want it to get cold place was just booming. As soon as I had placed my order there was lines of people outside the door, people coming in and picking up lots and lots of pies and they had a lot of people busy back there. Pretty impressive. Delicious food. I'm not the only one to have discovered...

Pizza crust quality is inconsistent. I separately ordered two pizzas and they were incredibly good. I have now ordered three more and the crust is just not the same. I'm talking about a night and day difference. Went from gourmet crust twice in a row to cheap, generic, unimpressive crust three times in a row. I told them about this, but they were kind of clueless and didn't take my feedback seriously. Might as well go to Little Caesars with this ridiculously bad crust. I don't understand why you guys act like you don't care about this. The pizza quality is all in the crust... You've failed three times in a row. I'm not going to order again hoping to get good quality pizza crust. You've failed...

I’ve been ordering from here for awhile I usually have no issues but I ordered a pizza and it had an actual bone in it. I called them sent in a photo of what was in my food and was told I’d be issued a refund. After 3 phone calls and two weeks of being told I was being refunded I still have not received it. The customer service is terrible. I never write bad reviews but how many times do I have to remind them to refund me nobody there seems to know what anybody else is doing. My family and I won’t be ordering from this...
