Five Guys — Restaurant in Marysville

Fast friendly service, nice clean restaurant, needed a code to get into restroom 🚻 (No big deal and understandable).

Now for the food:

Double Bacon Cheeseburger 🍔: Was a good size and got to customize it the way I wanted, no extra charge for mushrooms, jalapenos etc. which is good because for $13.99 , before tax/tip, it's a spendy burger.... Was it worth the money?

No, personally, I don't really care for American cheese (Just about ANYTHING else is better than processed American, cheddar, Jack, Swiss etc.) but rolled with it anyway.....

Flavor was ok. But overall prefer a Dicks Deluxe, Whopper, Double Quarter Pounder for the Price point.

Cheese Dog: A good tasting hot dog. But once again only American cheese (Ug!).

Mild spicy the dog was pretty good but at $7.99 Not really worth it,(I had two Cheese 🌭 Dogs).

Was a lot of food and couldn't finish it all, probably could have gone with The burger and One hotdog, I'm doing one meal a day and keto (I did swap out the hamburger 🍔 and hotdog 🌭 buns with Keto buns, that I carry with me).

I did have a regular no sugar flavored lemonade also for $3.59.

Didn't know they offered free peanuts, had a couple on the way out... A nice addition....

First time here. Not bad but definitely not worth $40, total was $40.39 with a 10% tip!!!

Probably keep Wendy's, BK, McD, Jack, Dicks Drive In, in my Burger...

Tasty burgers and mountains of fries make this a pleasantly greasy eat. And ya can't beat shelling and eating peanuts from a huge peanut barrel for free while you wait for your food to be done. Definitely not cheap food like McDonald's but everything is made fresh just for you, so try not to burn your mouth on the piping hot thick cut fries that still have the potato skins on. It's gotten very expensive to eat here over the past years, but I think it's worth it. Every item is quite delicious, so you can't go wrong ordering whatever strikes your fancy at the time. The burgers are much better than Dick's Burgers! You can get any item the way you want it if you have some dietary restrictions. For example, I love the skin on fries but I have to watch my salt intake so I order them with no salt. They just don't not put salt on my fries, they clean the fry area pretty well of any salt remnants leftover from people's regular fry orders. Now THAT'S super service! The staff is always happy with customers and work extremely well with each other while making sure all are on the same page by yelling out orders and order progress to each other working the front counter, kitchen, fry station and shake station. I’ve never been more disappointed. I ordered the promotion from Uber eats buy one get one burger free. I’m a single mom on a very fixed income and we can’t normally afford to eat here. I’m also on bed rest currently with health issues. Somehow Uber didn’t give the promotion which I’m sure I selected that’s why I went with them on their menu even it had it to under but one get one. I sent the order and it said only 2 items were being prepared so I called the restaurant and they basically said too bad. But admitted that they do offer that promotion and verified u had just ordered through Uber.

I will NEVER support a giant corporation that has zero customer service. It cost them a few dollars but I get to go without dinner tonight and my son gets a 40$ burger. Absolutely disgusting honestly. I hope others would feel the same. The customers are the ones that keep you going and customer service to me is as important as the food. I won’t say that was bad. My son enjoyed it. But k will never again support their restaurant and im going to tell as many people as I can what happened in my situation.

No matter what they simply should have just honored their deal. They skimped the fries too I got a large and it didn’t even reach the top of the cup. Before it came overflowing and fed 2 of us.

Awful pricing. Worse customer service....
