Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Maryville

I have ate at this maryville location and was excited to see them come to the area. I do love Jimmy John's I do have a couple of suggestions that may help new or unfamiliar costumers. 1. Please let folks know the sandwiches are COLD. 2.Please put a sign up to show what you can add to your sub such as lettuce and tomatoes etc. (There is no sign at all showing what you can add. 3. Put prices on website so you don't have to add it to cart just to see the price. 4.Please be clear on what comes on the subs (because I have had to ask each time I have been because it's not clear on the sign. What is on the sign it's so small you can't read it. 5. Please put actual meat cheese and toppings on the subs AS THEY SHOULD COME ANYWAY without someone having to remind you that you want more than one slice of meat or a sliver of cheese or a sprinkle of lettuce and so on. 6. Last but not least Please let the young staff know it's not cool to be in such a rush that you can't understand what they are saying and make folks feel they need to make choices quickly when they are unsure of what they want or how...

This location isn't very good. The first thing is, the prices you pay don't match what the menu price says. Menu stated the toasted combo is $12, but they charged me $12.89. I questioned the price, and the cashier girl just said that is what the computer says. She even looked up at the menu and said oh. She never offered to match the price or even say sorry. While we were eating, an employee walked by, assuming it was a manager, and I told her about the price, she looked at the menu and said she would get with the IT people. She did thank me for letting her know, but I was never offered a refund for the difference or any compensation. They are responsible for honoring the price listed. Also, I went to the restroom and it was out of toilet paper and didn't look like it had been cleaned today. It was only 11:30 so they just opened. It should have been clean and stocked. This is too bad because the food is good. The sandwiches are very filling. Just make sure to check the prices...

Let me say this, I don’t usually do reviews, but that’s how bad of a taste my experience at this JJs left in my mouth. I had never been to Jimmy John’s before, but my husband loves it so I agreed to go with him. Imagine my surprise when I walk in and the first thing I hear, literally within a minute of walking in, is one of the older man in the back say, “Are they going to order something or just stand around?” I thought I imagined it so I looked back at the menu to figure out what I wanted. Well, I looked for another minute or so maybe and the same man hollers from the back, “We just got totally slammed for dinner, folks!!!” Safe to say, I told my husband I wasn’t eating there and left.
