Not all of the staff, there are a handful of wonderful young ladies, but there are two elderly women who work in the early morning hours who are just awful. I always go to the kiosk in the morning because my order (one large iced coffee) will take 5+ minutes to explain if I order at the counter with one of these ladies. The older woman with brown short hair and glasses is one of the hardest to communicate with. I’m not sure if she comes to work drunk or is really just that slow, but I have had to repeat my order to her 8 plus times. After ordering on the kiosk, the order is written for them so their shouldn’t be much confusion. She gives me a black coffee with ice on the side. (Mind you, during this, there are a total of 3 customers in the cafe, so it isn’t busy.) I waited 10 minutes for one coffee. She then sets my incorrect order on the counter and waits on the next customer. It is completely unacceptable to not only make someone wait 10 minutes for a simple cup of coffee, but also to blatantly disregard their order and wait on a new customer when you can’t even manage to complete the first task. I’m sorry but this shouldn’t be accepted behavior when working in food service. I have worked in customer service/ restaurants for SEVERAL years, and making coffees efficiently and operating under high volumes of stress wasn’t considered difficult. I personally think this person should not work here if they can’t manage to wait on people or get their order straight. I think management should get involved and get more reliable / adequate...
Read moreThe good thing is the kids actually eat whenever we go here but I’m hardly ever satisfied with my meal and/or the service. The service in particular is atrocious at times. They can get away with it since nobody’s paying people what they deserve so, you get workers that don’t give a flying’ fudge. I don’t blame the workers but I do blame executives of this multi-billion dollar corporation. When I eat here, I’m contributing to allowing some CEO to continue to sit on his yacht while thousands toil to make food for ungrateful patrons like myself.
The meals taste decent enough (boring, obviously appealing to the blandest-common-denominator) but they usually lack meat (like a chicken sandwich will have about half the amount of chicken it should have), and/or my favorites aren’t available (like most of the good rice bowls and salads). They always say “SOLD OUT.” Good explanation for why patrons have to go back to the counter for seconds.
The kids love their Mac n Cheese, so I will continue to come back expecting much of the same and enjoy myself in the company of my kids,...
Read moreThis location struggles with quality control. Unlike other locations I have dined at this particular location has difficulty producing the kind of food you have come to know and love from Panera Bread. Often the sandwiches are missing ingredients and many times find that the produce used is not fresh. If you are getting a to go order double check the order prior to leaving. Many times I find It is missing at least one if not more of the items ordered. Rapid pick up is not so rapid. After placing the order more often than non still have to wait for the oder to be complete. This can be frustrating if you used rapid pickup for the purpose of it being what it is intended for. Service at this location can be hit or miss. You can often over hear employees complaining about customers or the job. I really do love Panera bread. I wish this location would get they help they...
