Beach days, brilliant bites & my first trip to the Ahonui Food Truck! For the love of flavor with an adventure vibe. As for my first item to try was the Protein Focaccia Sandwich. Made with Housemade focaccia, marinated tofu, cashew cheese, sundried tomato paste, tomatoes, greens. Plus I added avocado.I was in foodie heaven. Cause this sandwich was not only delicious but also filling too. I ate one half for lunch & the other half for dinner. Plus I loved all the vibrant, healthy colors. If I could leave a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! The Chipa Waffle is next level. Amazing flavor, texture, and complexity. A culinary delight. 10/10. The food is AMAZING. The most beautiful thing is the energy that those who take care of it have. They are in every detail. They take care of doing absolutely everything, even the dressings.
