Heard good things, wanted to try it. Got the two meat plate: ribs and beef, cornbread, & soy pickled eggs. Service was fast and friendly. Truck was clean and menu has proper options. The plate was heavier than I expected, also came with kimchi, dipping sauce, and professional napkin! I got mine to go to eat at work, but it smelled so good, I started eating in my car. The meats were tender, juicy, and delicious. The cornbread was heavenly, egg was great, and the kimchi added a nice spicy snap. I got a call for service at work, so I begrudgingly stopped eating. By the time I picked up my plate off the desk after fixing the device, my plate was swarmed with ants! I actually considered fighting them for it, but there was a whole colony in there! We hit the jackpot at this food truck collection area and Bearded BBQ Maui was an absolute standout. I went with the 3 meats and 2 sides combo featuring chicken, beef, and pulled pork, and every single meat was perfectly smoked and seasoned. The chicken was juicy with a great crispy skin, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the pulled pork practically melted in my mouth. The coleslaw was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting - both sides complemented the smoky meats beautifully. The portions were more than generous for the price. The pitmaster clearly knows what they're doing, and you can taste the care and expertise in every bite. Honestly, we were a little hesitant about stopping by here because of the location and low number of reviews. We initially only ordered a two meat plate of brisket and chicken as the family was unsure. A few bites in we quickly realized we needed another plate with ribs and sausage. The food is awesome and inexpensive. You know the place is serious if you get shop towels instead of napkins. Roy is super down to earth and friendly.
