We had a wonderful time sitting at the lobby lounge watching the hula dancer and singer over drinks and sushi. The singer really amazed us with his wonderful voice our whole table could not get over how great he was. We could have stayed and listened to him sing all night. We asked and he said he could be found on Spotify as Hoaka. That music is him with another guy and it’s not exactly the same as what he was doing solo. I wish I could find a playlist of just him and what he was singing during the hula show. It was so good! Everybody we encountered from the hostesses to guys clearing tables to the manager, everybody was just so sweet. Our waitress was not that friendly but everybody else made up for it. It was my sisters birthday and we just loved our time there. The drinks, alcoholic and non, were very good. Sushi was great. It’s a beautiful resort with the ocean view and breeze coming through. There was a guy that came and blew the conch before going to light torches around the resort. We wanted to keep listening to the singer so we didn’t follow him. Definitely would recommend lobby lounge and would...
Read moreWhile the lounge is nicely decorated, offering ocean and sunset views from most tables, the food is not consistent and pricey for what it is. I normally order the Hamachi and each time it tastes ( and looks different). The fish is tender and melts in my mouth one day and the citrus/soy like sauce is perfectly spiced. Next time I get thick chunks of raw, chewy fish pieces with a sauce that’s not even close to what it was before. So far I got four different versions of thus dish, with only one being tasty . I gave up and ordered the satay instead. I also tried the rainbow roll which is just ok, not great. Filled with imitation crab abs topped with tasteless tuna and salmon pieces it’s nit worth $31. Back to ordering chicken satay. The drinks are $20, often watery and not that tasty. You rarely raste the alcohol in there. No Kamaaina discounts anyone for local customers either ... All in all nit that great. The servers however are very attentive and friendly. The live music is nice but sometimes too loud abs it’s hard to have a...
Read more5 girls were celebrating our friends 39th birthday and decided to go to the Four Seasons for some fun cocktails and music. The valet was awesome and we did not have to pay since we are local, and we got a nice comfortable couch near the music with a nice view but holy cow the food and the bill!!! We ordered food with some modifications and the kitchen actually sent us bread with four pieces of basil on it. It was embarrassing. I don't know how they would let something like that get to a table. We also never received some of the food we ordered and had to ask our waitress where it was? She forgot to order it so we had to wait even longer for our next meal. At the end of it all, they did not comp one thing or offer Kama'aina. Our bill was over $300 for 5 people and some basil bread. We were shocked. After having to ask, they took off one drink and one order of fries. Wow, thanks. Will NEVER come...
