Our dinning experience was ruined by our server. He was very pushy and seemed not very happy when we did not order alcoholic drinks. When asked him about ingredients in certain dishes he had a very rude response and almost annoyed that we were asking. We ask because my daughter had food allergies. On top of this I had a cockroach run over my foot while eating.. When we brought it up to the server he just brushed it off. Only another server came over with a broom and bin and tried to catch it and take it away. We were guest at the Grand Wailea and we really tried not to let this experience take away from the resort. The food was good and we really have no complaints. We just expected so much more being an on site restaurant at the Grand Wailea. Tip: If you come eat here around 5-6 pm you can catch the beautiful sunset from this restaurant which has an amazing view. The service is exceptional at the resort and we had nothing but really amazing staff during our stay. Just this one individual ruined our night.

Went to Olivine for lunch during our stay at the Grand Wailea. Easily accessible from the resort grounds or the beachfront walkway. Handicap accessible through a ramp at the entrance. We were seated immediately (had a reservation though), but it wasn't very busy at noon. Nice, stylish atmosphere, warm colors in an airy space. Great views of the pool area and the ocean front. Beautiful. Welcoming, attentive and friendly waitress took our orders, dishes were served quickly at a perfect pace. Food was nicely plated, very tasty. Very good quality overall, but not at an exceptional level. Only disappointment was the limoncello dessert with dragon fruit jelly, bland taste, almost no lemon flavor and too sweet, hence only 4 star rating. Resort prices unsurprisingly, but well priced in general. The daily resort F&B credit can be used here. Recommended, would definitely return! Tip: the bill is coded as Grand Wailea Resort, choose wisely which credit card to use. Double tip by making a reservation via Open Table.

We had a good time at this restaurant. The front desk and service were great! Food can be a lot better. We ordered margarita pizza, shrimp pasta and chicken pasta. The pasta was not cooked through, and the chicken was burnt. The pasta was replaced promptly, but you expect better for a Christmas lunch. On top of that you are paying through your nose for the food, it's so damn expensive. They can definitely do much better. We wanted to have the parmesan chicken, but it was not available. This restaurant was one of the only few available for Christmas lunch when I made the reservation, now I know why. You drop your car at Grand Wailea at the valet and the restaurant validates the parking.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Wailea for a few nights on our honeymoon and we visited Bistro Molokini every chance we got! The restaurant/bar is conveniently located right next to the amazing pools which makes it a good place to grab a drink or some food while you relax. Its location makes it a good choice, but what makes it an excellent choice is the quality of the drinks/food and the service!! Our favorite bartender was by far - Mike, or as we found out some call him, "the gentle giant". As his nickname suggests he is a tall, super friendly guy. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about everything and anything Maui. Everyday we would stop by around lunch, or earlier ;) , grab some food and a delicious Mai Tai (a drink he is apparently known for, as we heard several customers from the pool request a 'Mai Tai from Mike') and he would give us tips on the best hidden gem spots on the island for our daily excursions, all of which were spot on!! We both really enjoyed the views from our room and the beautiful hotel but what really makes it a memorable experience, and one we will definitely be repeating, is outstanding service like this. Thank you Mike! We highly suggest you check out Bistro Molokini and enjoy some delicious Mai Tai's with Mike, the...
